【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展,科學(xué)技術(shù)日益創(chuàng)新。各行各業(yè)都受到了時(shí)代競(jìng)爭(zhēng)所帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇,高校的檔案管理工作也都面臨著方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,在管理的過(guò)程中無(wú)論是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者還是檔案管理員都有著十分重要的責(zé)任,數(shù)字化管理模式給當(dāng)前檔案管理帶來(lái)新的發(fā)展和挑戰(zhàn),發(fā)展過(guò)程體現(xiàn)了數(shù)字化管理的優(yōu)勢(shì)和弊端。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of social economy and the increasing innovation of science and technology, all kinds of industries are faced with the challenges and opportunities brought by the competition of the times, and the archives management in colleges and universities is also faced with the change of mode. In the process of management, both leaders and archivists have a very important responsibility. Digital management mode brings new development and challenge to the current file management, and the development process reflects the advantages and disadvantages of digital management.
