【摘要】：2016年,合肥市民營獨立書店"保羅的口袋金口袋分店"加入"合肥市公共圖書館聯(lián)盟",成為了合肥市圖書館的分館——"口袋圖書館",開創(chuàng)了民營性書店轉(zhuǎn)型為公益性圖書館的先例。其運營、模式、營銷推廣策略均體現(xiàn)出獨立書店與公共圖書館合作的新模式。其成功之處表現(xiàn)在:第一,擴展書店與圖書館的合作模式;第二,具有開創(chuàng)性的圖書館體驗式服務(wù);第三,滿足用戶個性化需求;第四,開發(fā)被忽視的潛在用戶群。
