【摘要】：當前科研環(huán)境的變化,對智庫的知識服務提出更高的要求。OKMS(知識管理與協(xié)同創(chuàng)新平臺)的建設是國家對智庫建設的必然要求。OKMS是提升智庫知識服務水平的基礎設施,能夠滿足智庫的知識服務需求和真正實現(xiàn)基于專家集體智慧協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的新一代知識管理平臺。
[Abstract]:With the change of scientific research environment, the construction of OKMS (knowledge Management and Collaborative Innovation platform) is the necessary requirement for the construction of think-tank. OKMS is the infrastructure to improve the level of knowledge service of think-tank. It can meet the demand of knowledge service of think-tank and realize the new generation knowledge management platform based on collective wisdom of experts.
