【摘要】：隨著科技興國(guó)戰(zhàn)略的部署實(shí)施，“網(wǎng)絡(luò)”和“數(shù)字”兩個(gè)詞已經(jīng)融入了人們的生活，也深深地植入到我們的工作理念當(dāng)中。各行各業(yè)的信息化進(jìn)程已全面開(kāi)啟，檔案學(xué)作為信息研究領(lǐng)域的前沿學(xué)科自是不甘落后，也早已舉起信息化的旗幟，開(kāi)始向更艱難更具體的研究方向發(fā)起進(jìn)攻且勢(shì)不可擋。 20世紀(jì)90年代我國(guó)緊隨世界發(fā)展的腳步，開(kāi)始對(duì)電子文件管理問(wèn)題進(jìn)行有計(jì)劃有組織的研究。2008年教育部聯(lián)合國(guó)家檔案局共同制定的《高等學(xué)校檔案管理辦法》開(kāi)啟了高校檔案信息化的進(jìn)程。目前，，從我國(guó)高校建設(shè)情況來(lái)看，其檔案信息化發(fā)展的程度通常取決于他們的辦學(xué)規(guī)模和學(xué)科實(shí)力，總體來(lái)說(shuō)，距檔案信息化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和《數(shù)字檔案館（室）建設(shè)規(guī)�！返囊螅�有很大的發(fā)展空間。 本論文是基于高校檔案管理現(xiàn)狀來(lái)進(jìn)行選題。高校檔案館應(yīng)運(yùn)于高校這個(gè)集教學(xué)、科研、行政等多種職能于一體的特殊環(huán)境。它從檔案的內(nèi)容、種類(lèi)、數(shù)量、社會(huì)職能、從業(yè)人員素質(zhì)、工作基礎(chǔ)條件等多個(gè)方面都有別于一般基層檔案機(jī)構(gòu)，進(jìn)而高校檔案管理工作需要被作為特殊的研究對(duì)象來(lái)進(jìn)行信息化特點(diǎn)的研究。 本論文以“南大之星”多媒體檔案網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理軟件的使用為前提，挑選省內(nèi)幾個(gè)有代表性的高校進(jìn)行考察和調(diào)研，用最為直觀的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)分析高校檔案信息化建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)狀，從高校檔案實(shí)際工作的幾個(gè)角度分析信息化的應(yīng)用需求和實(shí)現(xiàn)形式，總結(jié)存在的問(wèn)題和阻礙，展望高校檔案信息化建設(shè)的趨勢(shì)和走向，以指明高校檔案館的發(fā)展路徑，實(shí)現(xiàn)用理論研究指導(dǎo)實(shí)際工作的終極目的。
[Abstract]:With the deployment and implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and technology, the words "network" and "digital" have been integrated into people's lives and deeply embedded in our work philosophy. Archives, as a frontier subject in the field of information research, is not willing to lag behind, and has already raised the banner of information technology, and has begun to attack more difficult and more specific research direction and is unstoppable. In 1990s, China followed the pace of world development. In 2008, the Ministry of Education and the National Archives Bureau jointly formulated the "measures for the Management of Archives in Colleges and Universities", which opened the process of the informationization of archives in colleges and universities. From the point of view of the construction of colleges and universities in China, the degree of the development of archives informatization usually depends on their scale of running a school and the strength of their disciplines. In general, it is far from the requirements of the standard of archives informatization and the scale of construction of the Digital Archives (Room). There is still a lot of room for development. This paper is based on the status quo of archives management in colleges and universities. The archives of colleges and universities should be operated in the special environment where teaching, scientific research, administration and other functions are integrated. It is based on the contents, types, quantity, social functions of archives. The quality of employees, basic working conditions and other aspects are different from the general grass-roots archival organizations, and the archives management in colleges and universities needs to be regarded as a special research object to study the characteristics of information technology. Based on the use of network management software for multimedia archives of "Star of Nanda", this paper selects several representative universities in the province for investigation and investigation. With the most intuitionistic investigation data, this paper analyzes the foundation and present situation of the university archives informatization construction, analyzes the application demand and the realization form of the informationization from several angles of the actual work of university archives, summarizes the existing problems and obstacles. This paper looks forward to the trend and trend of archives information construction in colleges and universities in order to point out the development path of university archives and realize the ultimate aim of guiding the practical work with theoretical research.
