【摘要】：[目的/意義]針對當(dāng)前研究主體評價存在的缺陷,對已有h指數(shù)進(jìn)一步完善,使得對研究主體的評價更加公平公正。[方法/過程]在h指數(shù)基礎(chǔ)上,創(chuàng)新性地考慮時間因素,提出一種新型指數(shù)Q指數(shù)。以隨機(jī)選取的數(shù)理科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的四位學(xué)者為例,通過計算四位學(xué)者的Q指數(shù)驗(yàn)證該指數(shù)的實(shí)用性和可靠性。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]結(jié)果顯示,Q指數(shù)的變化過程可以反映出研究主體的發(fā)展趨勢。因此Q指數(shù)可以作為人才發(fā)現(xiàn)、聘用教師、評定職稱的依據(jù),并引導(dǎo)科研人員朝科學(xué)健康的方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] in view of the defects in the evaluation of current research subjects, the existing h index is further improved to make the evaluation of research subjects fairer and fairer. [method / process] on the basis of h index, the time factor is innovatively considered. A new type of exponential Q index is proposed. Taking four scholars in the field of random selection of mathematical science as an example, By calculating the Q index of four scholars, the practicability and reliability of the index are verified. [results / conclusions] show that the changing process of Q exponent can reflect the development trend of the main body of study, so the Q index can be found as a human being. Employ teachers, assess the basis of professional titles, and guide scientific research personnel to the direction of scientific and healthy development.
