【摘要】：對開放存取公共信息資源組織和利用的研究可有效幫助政府開放公共信息資源,提升公共信息資源的使用效率。文章基于詞頻統(tǒng)計分析法對開放存取的研究現(xiàn)狀進行介紹,采用文獻研究法對開放存取公共信息資源的組織和利用進行分析,指出開放存取公共信息資源存在的問題并針對性地提出解決措施。開放存取公共信息資源的組織綜合使用了分類法、主題法以及其他方法,輔以新型計算機技術;我國開放存取公共信息資源的利用可分為初步利用和再利用兩種模式。
[Abstract]:The research and utilization of open access to public information resources organization can effectively help the government to open up public information resources, enhance the efficiency in the use of public information resources. The article analysis of the research status of open access based on word frequency statistics are introduced, and by using the method of literature research on open access of public information resources organization analysis, pointed out the existence of open access public information resources problems and puts forward solutions. The open access of public information resources organization using classification, subject method and other methods, with new computer technology; using the open access of public information resources in China can be divided into initial use and reuse of two modes.
