【摘要】：城市是人類社會發(fā)展與文明進步的產(chǎn)物,城市化進程本質(zhì)是尋求城鄉(xiāng)文化認同、實現(xiàn)公民理想身份、消弭人們心靈距離的過程。圖書館作為城市文化中最具代表性的象征和載體,是提升城市文化品味與城市綜合競爭力的關(guān)鍵要素�；诔鞘邪l(fā)展新理念與新定位的認知,"十三五"時期我國城市圖書館創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的對策舉措應(yīng)包括:統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃區(qū)域圖書館網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局,注重特色立館與錯位發(fā)展,加強公共空間建設(shè)與人文資源開發(fā),提升服務(wù)智能化水平與圖書館通用管理的社會化程度,以幫助公民更好地融入城市公共生活。
[Abstract]:City is the product of the development of human society and the progress of civilization. The essence of urbanization is to seek the identity of urban and rural culture and realize the ideal identity of citizens. The process of eliminating people's spiritual distance. Library is the most representative symbol and carrier of urban culture. It is the key factor to promote the cultural taste and the comprehensive competitiveness of the city, based on the new concept of urban development and new recognition of new positioning. The countermeasures for the innovation and development of urban libraries in the 13th Five-Year Plan period should include: planning the network layout of regional libraries as a whole, paying attention to the development of characteristic libraries and dislocation, strengthening the construction of public space and the development of human resources. To improve the level of service intelligence and the socialization of library general management in order to help citizens better integrate into urban public life.
