研究生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)評價(jià)量表構(gòu)建及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著數(shù)據(jù)密集型科研范式的興起,數(shù)據(jù)作為一種重要的學(xué)術(shù)資源,對研究工作產(chǎn)生極大的價(jià)值,數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)成為研究生學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展的必備能力之一,已經(jīng)引起國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的高度重視。對研究生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)評價(jià)是開展針對性、有效性數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)教育的前提基礎(chǔ),加強(qiáng)研究生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)教育關(guān)系到數(shù)字時(shí)代高層次人才數(shù)據(jù)利用和創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng),對于提升大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代高校研究生信息素養(yǎng)水平、優(yōu)化科研方式以及深化圖書館服務(wù)具有重要意義。本研究借鑒國內(nèi)外數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)研究成果,在理清數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)及其相關(guān)概念的基礎(chǔ)上,以信息素養(yǎng)、數(shù)據(jù)生命周期、勝任特征模型理論為指導(dǎo),綜合使用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研、問卷調(diào)查、專家訪談、教育測量等方法,探析研究生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)評價(jià)量表的構(gòu)建和應(yīng)用。通過分析研究生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)能力需求及高校圖書館數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)供給現(xiàn)狀,歸納圖書館數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)教育實(shí)踐不足;圍繞科研活動流程構(gòu)建研究生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)勝任特征標(biāo)準(zhǔn):包括數(shù)據(jù)意識、數(shù)據(jù)收集與評估、數(shù)據(jù)組織與管理、數(shù)據(jù)處理與分析、數(shù)據(jù)利用與歸檔及數(shù)據(jù)倫理等六個(gè)大類19項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),依此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編制了研究生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)評價(jià)量表,選取合適樣本研究生進(jìn)行試測和重測,結(jié)合專家意見對量表內(nèi)容進(jìn)行修改,最終量表包含48個(gè)題項(xiàng),經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)量表具有較高的信度、效度、相關(guān)性和擬合度;應(yīng)用評價(jià)量表在全國13所高校開展大規(guī)模測評,構(gòu)建了研究生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)全國常模、地區(qū)常模、學(xué)科常模、年級常模等,以便考察研究生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)總體水平,揭示不同類別研究生的數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)能力差異;同時(shí),將樣本數(shù)據(jù)分為績優(yōu)組和一般績效組,提取出研究生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)基準(zhǔn)性能力和鑒別性能力;結(jié)合上述研究結(jié)果,從高校院系、圖書館、個(gè)人層面提出相應(yīng)的研究生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)教育優(yōu)化策略,有利于高校拓展信息素養(yǎng)教育,提升研究生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)水平,提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the rise of data-intensive research paradigm, data, as an important academic resource, has great value to the research work. Data literacy has become one of the necessary abilities of graduate academic development. The evaluation of graduate students' data literacy is the prerequisite for the development of targeted and effective data literacy education. Strengthening the data literacy education of graduate students is related to the use of high-level talent data and the cultivation of innovative ability in the digital age, which will improve the level of information literacy of graduate students in big data era. It is of great significance to optimize scientific research methods and deepen library services. This study draws lessons from domestic and foreign data literacy research results, on the basis of sorting out data literacy and its related concepts, information literacy, data life cycle. Under the guidance of competency model theory, comprehensive use of literature research, questionnaires, expert interviews, educational measurement and other methods. Through analyzing the demand of graduate students' data literacy ability and the current situation of data literacy supply in university library, the author concludes that the practice of library data literacy education is insufficient; Construction of graduate data literacy competency standards around the process of scientific research activities: including data awareness, data collection and evaluation, data organization and management, data processing and analysis. Data utilization and archiving and data ethics and other six categories of 19 standards, according to this standard developed graduate data literacy evaluation scale, selected appropriate samples of graduate students to test and retest. The content of the scale was revised according to the expert opinion. The final scale contained 48 items, and the scale had higher reliability, validity, relevance and fit. In order to investigate the general level of postgraduates' data literacy, the national norm, regional norm, subject norm, grade norm and so on were constructed by using the evaluation scale in 13 colleges and universities in China. To reveal the difference of data literacy ability of different types of graduate students; At the same time, the sample data are divided into excellent performance group and general performance group, and extract the data literacy benchmark ability and discriminative ability of graduate students. Combined with the above research results, from the university departments, libraries, personal level to put forward the corresponding graduate data literacy education optimization strategy, which is conducive to the expansion of information literacy education in colleges and universities, improve the level of graduate data literacy. Improve the quality of personnel training.
