【摘要】：參考咨詢是圖書館服務(wù)的重要組成,主要是處理用戶在使用圖書館途徑中的各種問題,給予用戶滿意的服務(wù)。近年來,數(shù)字網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的發(fā)展和人們利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)來滿足自己的信息需求的增強,咨詢服務(wù)凸顯其重要的地位,國內(nèi)外大量圖書館逐漸開始提供此項服務(wù),而服務(wù)方式也趨于多樣化發(fā)展。圖書館體系中,高校圖書館是必不可少的部分,它對高校教學(xué)、研究均起著輔助的作用。但是,河北省高校圖書館發(fā)展情況并不樂觀,為促進其更優(yōu)發(fā)展,需要清楚的了解其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,針對目前存在的問題提出解決策略,以推進河北省高校圖書館在文獻和信息服務(wù)中數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)的穩(wěn)定、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文結(jié)合數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)相關(guān)理論和現(xiàn)有的研究成果,對服務(wù)的內(nèi)涵、流程、方式及其管理進行了系統(tǒng)的闡述,通過對省內(nèi)106所高校圖書館數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查,對各高校圖書館的實際情況及存在的問題進行了詳細的分類分析,并提出了對應(yīng)的發(fā)展策略,以期對推進河北省高校圖書館數(shù)字參考咨詢服務(wù)的發(fā)展起到一定參考作用。
[Abstract]:Reference service is an important component of library service. It mainly deals with various problems of users in the use of library and gives them satisfactory service in recent years. With the development of the digital network environment and the enhancement of people using the network to meet their information needs, consulting service highlights its important position, and a large number of libraries at home and abroad are gradually beginning to provide this service. In the library system, the university library is an indispensable part, which plays an auxiliary role in the teaching and research of colleges and universities. The development of university libraries in Hebei Province is not optimistic. In order to promote its better development, it is necessary to clearly understand the current situation of its development, and put forward solutions to the existing problems. In order to promote the stability and sustainable development of the digital reference service in the literature and information service of the university library in Hebei Province, this paper combines the relevant theory of digital reference service and the existing research results, to the connotation of the service. The flow, mode and management of the digital reference service of 106 universities in the province are systematically described, and the status quo of the digital reference service in 106 colleges and universities in the province is investigated. This paper makes a detailed classification and analysis of the actual situation and existing problems of each university library, and puts forward corresponding development strategies. In order to promote the development of digital reference service of university library in Hebei province.
