【摘要】：通過對2014年SSCI收錄的3132種期刊國際編委中來自中國(含香港、臺灣地區(qū))、日本、印度三國的統(tǒng)計和分析,提出國際學術期刊編委既是學者國際學術聲望的反映,也是一個國家(地區(qū))國際科研影響力和綜合學術實力的體現(xiàn),國際學術期刊編委可以成為評估高等學校國際化程度的重要指標。同時揭示了中日印三國在國際社會科學研究的表現(xiàn),當前亞洲國家(或地區(qū))在國際社會科學研究中的學術統(tǒng)治力,指出中國香港在國際社會科學研究中享有很高的學術地位。文章強調中國高等教育的發(fā)展必須堅持內涵建設,內涵建設的核心是師資隊伍建設,國際知名學者在國際高水平高校建設中具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:Through the statistics and analysis of 3 132 journals collected by SSCI in 2014 from China (including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and India). It is proposed that the editorial committee of international academic journals is not only a reflection of scholars' international academic prestige, but also a reflection of the international scientific research influence and comprehensive academic strength of a country (region). The editorial board of international academic journals can be an important index to evaluate the degree of internationalization of higher education, and it also reveals the performance of China, Japan and India in international social science research. The current academic dominance of Asian countries (or regions) in international social science research. This paper points out that Hong Kong, China, enjoys a high academic status in international social science research. The article emphasizes that the development of higher education in China must adhere to the connotation construction, the core of which is the construction of teachers. International famous scholars play an important role in the construction of international high-level colleges and universities.
