【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)2014年SSCI收錄的3132種期刊國(guó)際編委中來(lái)自中國(guó)(含香港、臺(tái)灣地區(qū))、日本、印度三國(guó)的統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析,提出國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊編委既是學(xué)者國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)聲望的反映,也是一個(gè)國(guó)家(地區(qū))國(guó)際科研影響力和綜合學(xué)術(shù)實(shí)力的體現(xiàn),國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊編委可以成為評(píng)估高等學(xué)校國(guó)際化程度的重要指標(biāo)。同時(shí)揭示了中日印三國(guó)在國(guó)際社會(huì)科學(xué)研究的表現(xiàn),當(dāng)前亞洲國(guó)家(或地區(qū))在國(guó)際社會(huì)科學(xué)研究中的學(xué)術(shù)統(tǒng)治力,指出中國(guó)香港在國(guó)際社會(huì)科學(xué)研究中享有很高的學(xué)術(shù)地位。文章強(qiáng)調(diào)中國(guó)高等教育的發(fā)展必須堅(jiān)持內(nèi)涵建設(shè),內(nèi)涵建設(shè)的核心是師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),國(guó)際知名學(xué)者在國(guó)際高水平高校建設(shè)中具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:Through the statistics and analysis of 3 132 journals collected by SSCI in 2014 from China (including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and India). It is proposed that the editorial committee of international academic journals is not only a reflection of scholars' international academic prestige, but also a reflection of the international scientific research influence and comprehensive academic strength of a country (region). The editorial board of international academic journals can be an important index to evaluate the degree of internationalization of higher education, and it also reveals the performance of China, Japan and India in international social science research. The current academic dominance of Asian countries (or regions) in international social science research. This paper points out that Hong Kong, China, enjoys a high academic status in international social science research. The article emphasizes that the development of higher education in China must adhere to the connotation construction, the core of which is the construction of teachers. International famous scholars play an important role in the construction of international high-level colleges and universities.
