【摘要】：隨著智能手機的不斷普及,手機即時通訊應(yīng)用取得了快速發(fā)展,同時,伴隨著SNS(社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù))的發(fā)展,手機即時通訊與SNS的結(jié)合成為當(dāng)前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下人們進行溝通交流的重要手段,在這種趨勢下,高校圖書館也在不斷尋找各式各樣的平臺來發(fā)展信息服務(wù)。微信公眾平臺是騰訊公司在微信的基礎(chǔ)上推出的一對多媒體性服務(wù)平臺,自2012年8月正式上線后,迅速應(yīng)用到餐飲、酒店、銀行等行業(yè),取得了良好的發(fā)展,高校圖書館也積極利用微信公眾平臺,創(chuàng)建其信息服務(wù)的新方式。2012年9月4日,北京航空航天大學(xué)開通了第一個高校圖書館的微信公眾平臺,隨后,中國多所大學(xué)的圖書館也相繼推出微信平臺服務(wù),旨在為師生提供更加方便、快捷、多樣的信息服務(wù)內(nèi)容,其中,中國39所“985”高校中,有30所高校的圖書館開通了官方認證的微信公眾平臺服務(wù),由于“985”高校圖書館提供微信公眾平臺服務(wù)的時間較早,在平臺功能建設(shè)方面經(jīng)驗相對豐富,領(lǐng)先于我國其他同類高校,其中,中國科技大學(xué)、中國人民大學(xué)、廈門大學(xué)、重慶大學(xué)等圖書館提供的微信公眾平臺服務(wù)相對完善,有特色。目前,山西省有高校71所,只有5所院校的圖書館開通了微信公眾平臺的服務(wù),開通率僅7.04%,同時,在圖書館微信公眾平臺的建設(shè)和應(yīng)用中也存在著諸多問題。因此,針對目前山西省高校圖書館利用微信公眾平臺發(fā)展信息服務(wù)初期階段存在的各種問題和現(xiàn)象,本文對中國30所“985”高校圖書館微信公眾平臺及山西省5所高校圖書館微信公眾平臺進行了網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)研,并進行了對比分析,同時對山西省5所院校的師生就本校圖書館微信公眾平臺的服務(wù)狀況做了問卷調(diào)查,運用文獻閱讀、調(diào)查研究、對比分析的方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)了當(dāng)前山西省高校圖書館微信公眾平臺存在開通率不高、起步晚、發(fā)展緩慢、缺乏與用戶的交互、功能不完善等問題。同時,找出問題出現(xiàn)的原因,包括學(xué)校不重視、平臺宣傳不到位、平臺缺乏規(guī)范管理、圖書館自身資源吸引力不高。在充分了解山西高校圖書館微信公眾平臺的服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒中國“985”高校優(yōu)秀圖書館微信公眾號的實施經(jīng)驗,從平臺建設(shè)、平臺管理、平臺宣傳三個方面為山西高校圖書館微信公眾平臺的建設(shè)和發(fā)展提供幫助和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of smart phones, mobile instant messaging applications have made rapid development, at the same time, with the development of SNS (social network services). The combination of mobile phone instant messaging and SNS has become an important means of communication and communication in the current Internet environment, in this trend. University libraries are also constantly looking for various platforms to develop information services. WeChat Public platform is a pair of multimedia service platform launched by Tencent on the basis of WeChat. Since August 2012, it has been applied to the catering, hotel, banking and other industries, and has made good development. The university library has also actively utilized the WeChat public platform. In September 4th 2012, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics launched the first university library's WeChat public platform. The libraries of many universities in China have launched the service of WeChat platform one after another, aiming at providing more convenient, fast and diverse information service content for teachers and students. Among them, 39 "985" colleges and universities in China. There are 30 university libraries opened the official certification of WeChat public platform services, because "985" university libraries to provide WeChat public platform service earlier. In the platform functional construction experience is relatively rich, ahead of other similar universities in China, including China University of Science and Technology, Renmin University of China, Xiamen University. The service of WeChat public platform provided by Chongqing University and other libraries is relatively perfect and characteristic. At present, there are 71 colleges and universities in Shanxi Province, and only 5 libraries have opened the service of WeChat public platform. The opening rate is only 7.04, at the same time, there are many problems in the construction and application of the library WeChat public platform. This paper aims at various problems and phenomena existing in the initial stage of developing information service by using WeChat public platform in the libraries of colleges and universities in Shanxi Province. This article has carried on the network investigation to 30 "985" university library WeChat public platform and Shanxi Province 5 university library WeChat public platform, and has carried on the contrast analysis. At the same time, the teachers and students of 5 colleges in Shanxi province have made a questionnaire survey on the service status of the WeChat public platform of our university library, using the methods of literature reading, investigation and comparative analysis. Found that the current Shanxi University Library WeChat public platform is not high opening rate, late start, slow development, lack of interaction with users, function is not perfect and so on. At the same time, find out the reasons for the problems. Including schools do not pay attention to the platform propaganda is not in place lack of standardized management of the platform the library itself is not highly attractive resources on the basis of a full understanding of Shanxi University Library WeChat public platform service status quo. Drawing lessons from the implementation experience of the excellent university library WeChat Official account in China, from the platform construction, platform management. The platform propagandizes three aspects to provide the help and the reference for the Shanxi university library WeChat public platform construction and the development.
