【摘要】：受市場環(huán)境和信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代的影響,我國檔案中介機(jī)構(gòu)正逐漸發(fā)展起來,不再依存于檔案政府部門,而是緊跟市場的步伐成為獨(dú)立自主的經(jīng)濟(jì)個體。在全球信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代的大背景下,各個行業(yè)開始步入信息服務(wù)時代,檔案領(lǐng)域也不例外,而檔案中介機(jī)構(gòu)作為信息資源開發(fā)的補(bǔ)充主體,也應(yīng)該加入信息改革的大軍。因此研究檔案中介機(jī)構(gòu)的信息服務(wù)發(fā)展策略具有極其深遠(yuǎn)的意義,一方面彌補(bǔ)了檔案信息服務(wù)研究中對于檔案中介機(jī)構(gòu)這一信息資源開發(fā)補(bǔ)充主體的空白,另一方面可以幫助檔案部門更好的服務(wù)大眾,宣傳和普及相關(guān)知識。本文主要包括五個部分,第一部分介紹選題背景、意義、國內(nèi)外研究動態(tài)及主要研究方法；第二部分介紹相關(guān)概念,即信息服務(wù)、檔案信息服務(wù)、檔案中介機(jī)構(gòu)及其相關(guān)內(nèi)容；第三部分為國外檔案中介機(jī)構(gòu)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過對國外商業(yè)性文件中心的發(fā)展歷程和特點(diǎn)的闡述,結(jié)合本國國情取其精華,去其糟粕；第四部分為我國檔案中介機(jī)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀與問題,通過闡述其發(fā)展歷程和特點(diǎn),并結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查歸納總結(jié)出目前檔案中介機(jī)構(gòu)信息服務(wù)存在的問題；第五部分為檔案中介機(jī)構(gòu)信息服務(wù)的發(fā)展策略,根據(jù)目前存在的問題,從服務(wù)理念、服務(wù)模式、服務(wù)手段及信息安全的角度提出適合的信息服務(wù)發(fā)展策略。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法和網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查法,從檔案館信息服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀分析入手,結(jié)合檔案中介機(jī)構(gòu)目前的服務(wù)情況,制定出適合的信息服務(wù)發(fā)展策略,從新的視野闡釋檔案信息服務(wù),為檔案中介機(jī)構(gòu)的實(shí)際工作提供了新的路徑。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of market environment and information network times, archives intermediary organizations in our country are gradually developing and no longer depend on archives government departments. In the context of the global information network era, all industries began to enter the era of information services, archives field is no exception. As the supplementary subject of the development of information resources, archival intermediary organizations should also join the army of information reform. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the development strategy of information services of archival intermediary institutions. On the one hand, it makes up for the gap in the research of archival information service. On the other hand, it can help the archival department to serve the public better. This paper mainly includes five parts: the first part introduces the background, significance, domestic and foreign research trends and main research methods; The second part introduces the related concepts, that is, information services, archives information services, archives intermediary organizations and their related content; The third part is the practical experience of foreign archives intermediary organizations, through the development of foreign commercial document center and characteristics of the elaboration, combined with the national conditions to select its essence, to remove its dross; Part 4th is the status quo and problems of archival intermediary organizations in our country, through expounding its development course and characteristics, and combining with network investigation to sum up the problems existing in the information service of archival intermediary organizations at present; The 5th part is the development strategy of the information service of the archives intermediary, according to the existing problems, from the service concept, service mode. From the point of view of service means and information security, this paper puts forward the suitable development strategy of information service, and analyzes the current situation of information service in archives by using the method of literature analysis and network investigation. Combined with the current service situation of the archives intermediary organizations, the author formulates the suitable development strategy of the information service, explains the archives information service from a new perspective, and provides a new way for the actual work of the archives intermediary organizations.
