【摘要】：檔案社會控制功能呈現(xiàn)為檔案確認(rèn)、防范與追溯下的社會控制行為。這種控制形態(tài)可劃分為:當(dāng)檔案仍處于文件有效期時,主要用于對現(xiàn)實中的人或事的控制。而當(dāng)文件退出有效期,進(jìn)入檔案館保存或處于文件的非現(xiàn)行階段時,主要發(fā)揮社會記憶、社會認(rèn)識或社會情感上的控制功效。
[Abstract]:The social control function of archives presents the social control behavior under the confirmation, prevention and tracing of archives, which can be divided into: when the archives are still in the period of validity of documents. It is mainly used to control the people or things in reality. When the document withdraws from the validity period, enters the archives preservation or is in the non-current stage of the document, it mainly exerts the social memory. The efficacy of social awareness or social emotional control.
