【摘要】：隨著信息時代的發(fā)展,信息的準確性、及時性對于企事業(yè)單位的決策顯得格外重要。在高校飛速發(fā)展和社會人事制度不斷完善的情況下,信息時代的人事檔案發(fā)展是社會發(fā)展的必然趨勢。高校人事檔案的建設(shè)和發(fā)展,直接關(guān)系到高校人事工作的開展,對高校發(fā)展有著重要意義�；跀�(shù)據(jù)大爆發(fā)的時代,我國高校為了順應(yīng)時代的發(fā)展,必須加快人事檔案的信息化建設(shè),只有建立完備的信息系統(tǒng),才能有效地加強高校人事檔案信息管理。
[Abstract]:With the development of the information age, the accuracy and timeliness of information is very important to the decision-making of enterprises and institutions. With the rapid development of colleges and universities and the continuous improvement of social personnel system. The development of personnel archives in the information age is an inevitable trend of social development. The construction and development of personnel files in colleges and universities are directly related to the development of personnel work in colleges and universities. It is of great significance to the development of colleges and universities. In order to adapt to the development of the times, colleges and universities in our country must speed up the information construction of personnel files, and only establish a complete information system. Only then can the personnel file information management in colleges and universities be strengthened effectively.
