【摘要】：[目的/意義]鑒于及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確把握科學(xué)前沿的重要意義,文章針對(duì)目前科學(xué)前沿識(shí)別方法存在的問(wèn)題,提出基于LDA和本體的科學(xué)前沿識(shí)別及分析方法。[方法/過(guò)程]通過(guò)LDA模型抽取研究主題,采用主題強(qiáng)度和主題新穎度兩個(gè)指標(biāo)來(lái)識(shí)別科學(xué)前沿主題,并基于領(lǐng)域本體進(jìn)行概念映射來(lái)挖掘科學(xué)前沿主題的語(yǔ)義類(lèi)型,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)前沿的語(yǔ)義分析。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]基于LDA模型抽取的10個(gè)研究主題中,確定了4個(gè)科學(xué)前沿。該方法在科學(xué)前沿主題的表示方面,主題識(shí)別的方法和結(jié)果的語(yǔ)義分析方面都有一定的改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:[Aim / significance] in view of the importance of grasping the scientific frontier in time and accurately, this paper puts forward a method of scientific frontier recognition and analysis based on LDA and ontology, aiming at the problems existing in the current methods of scientific frontier recognition. [Method / process] the research topics were extracted by LDA model, and the two indexes of theme intensity and theme novelty were used to identify the frontier topics of science. Based on domain ontology, the semantic types of scientific frontier topics are excavated, and the semantic analysis of scientific frontier is realized. [Results / conclusion] of the 10 research topics extracted from LDA model, 4 scientific frontiers were determined. There are some improvements in the method of topic recognition and the semantic analysis of the result.
