【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下,基于PC終端的檔案網(wǎng)站服務(wù)已成為我國(guó)檔案機(jī)構(gòu)檔案信息服務(wù)的主要方式。移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下,隨著手機(jī)、IPAD等移動(dòng)終端應(yīng)用的快速普及,檔案信息化建設(shè)的不斷推進(jìn),用戶獲取信息服務(wù)的渠道正逐漸從PC終端向移動(dòng)終端轉(zhuǎn)移,基于移動(dòng)終端的檔案信息服務(wù),成為了現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)檔案機(jī)構(gòu)檔案信息服務(wù)新的服務(wù)潮流。2014年5月5日,中共中央辦公廳、國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)新形勢(shì)下檔案工作的意見》提出要建立健全方便人民群眾的檔案利用體系,不斷創(chuàng)新服務(wù)方式、拓寬服務(wù)渠道。2016年4月1日,國(guó)家檔案局印發(fā)《全國(guó)檔案事業(yè)發(fā)展“十三五”規(guī)劃綱要》提出要拓寬通過檔案網(wǎng)站和移動(dòng)終端開展檔案服務(wù)的渠道。現(xiàn)階段,我國(guó)APP開發(fā)技術(shù)已較為成熟,智能手機(jī)等移動(dòng)終端應(yīng)用的普及為APP服務(wù)奠定了廣泛的用戶基礎(chǔ)。隨著我國(guó)檔案信息化建設(shè)的不斷推進(jìn)以及無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋率的持續(xù)上升,我國(guó)檔案機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)用APP開展檔案信息服務(wù)已具備一定的用戶、資源、技術(shù)等可行條件。另外,檔案機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)用APP開展檔案信息服務(wù)將有效滿足用戶及時(shí)獲取檔案信息的需求,促使檔案機(jī)構(gòu)服務(wù)理念的轉(zhuǎn)變,提升館藏?cái)?shù)字檔案信息資源的社會(huì)利用價(jià)值。APP(英文mobile application的簡(jiǎn)稱),專門設(shè)計(jì)給智能手機(jī)、平板電腦等移動(dòng)終端設(shè)備上運(yùn)行的應(yīng)用程序,是我國(guó)檔案機(jī)構(gòu)檔案信息服務(wù)新的服務(wù)窗口。本文擬采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、比較分析法、調(diào)查分析法,從APP與新媒體環(huán)境下檔案信息服務(wù)的相關(guān)概念、特征、方式、內(nèi)容分析入手,在對(duì)我國(guó)APP在檔案信息服務(wù)中的應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,分析其應(yīng)用存在的問題并提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展策略。第1章緒論。主要介紹本文的選題背景、選題意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及主要研究方法、研究思路和創(chuàng)新之處。第2章APP與新媒體環(huán)境下檔案信息服務(wù)概述。對(duì)APP概念、特征、服務(wù)優(yōu)勢(shì)以及新媒體環(huán)境下檔案信息服務(wù)的相關(guān)概念、要素、類型等進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要分析,重點(diǎn)闡述現(xiàn)階段新媒體環(huán)境下移動(dòng)終端檔案信息服務(wù)的服務(wù)方式、服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀以及未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。第3章APP在檔案信息服務(wù)中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀分析。該部分通過對(duì)APP在檔案信息服務(wù)中的應(yīng)用調(diào)查,分析其在平臺(tái)資源集成、服務(wù)功能開發(fā)、用戶界面設(shè)計(jì)以及平臺(tái)更新、推廣方面的相關(guān)應(yīng)用情況以及應(yīng)用存在的問題。第4章APP在檔案信息服務(wù)中的應(yīng)用策略構(gòu)建。根據(jù)第3章分析APP在檔案信息服務(wù)中應(yīng)用存在的問題,提出相應(yīng)資源開放共享、功能完善優(yōu)化、界面設(shè)計(jì)體驗(yàn)提升以及長(zhǎng)效運(yùn)營(yíng)推廣機(jī)制建立的發(fā)展策略。
[Abstract]:Under the traditional Internet environment, the file website service based on PC terminal has become the main way of archival information service of archives organization in our country. With the rapid popularization of mobile terminal applications such as IPAD and the continuous promotion of file information construction, the channels for users to obtain information services are gradually transferring from PC terminals to mobile terminals. File information service based on mobile terminal has become a new service trend of archives information service of archives organization in our country at present. May 5th 2014, General Office of the CPC Central Committee. "opinions on strengthening and improving archival work under the New situation" issued by the General Office of the State Council proposed that we should establish and improve a system for the utilization of archives that is convenient to the people, and constantly innovate service methods. Widening service channels. April 1st 2016. The National Archives Bureau issued the outline of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for the Development of the National Archives cause, proposing to broaden the channels for carrying out archival services through archival websites and mobile terminals. China's APP development technology has been more mature. The popularity of mobile terminal applications such as smart phones has laid a wide user base for APP services. With the development of archives information construction and the continuous increase of wireless network coverage in China. The application of APP to archival information service by archives organizations in our country already has some feasible conditions such as users, resources, technologies and so on. The application of APP to archival information service by archival institutions will effectively meet the needs of users to obtain archival information in time and promote the transformation of service concepts of archival institutions. Promote the social utilization value of digital archives information resources. App (abbreviated as mobile application) is specially designed for smart phones. The application program running on mobile terminal equipment such as tablet computer is a new service window of archives information service of archives organization in China. This paper intends to adopt literature analysis method, comparative analysis method and investigation analysis method. From the APP and the new media environment archives information service related concept, the characteristic, the way, the content analysis, in our country APP in the archives information service application situation carries on the investigation foundation. This paper analyzes the problems in its application and puts forward corresponding development strategies. Chapter 1 is an introduction. It mainly introduces the background of this paper, the significance of the topic, the current research situation at home and abroad and the main research methods. Chapter 2 APP and the overview of archival information service under the new media environment. The concept, characteristics, service advantages of APP and the related concepts and elements of archival information service under the new media environment. Types of brief analysis, focusing on the new media environment under the current mobile terminal file information service service mode. Chapter 3 analyzes the application status of APP in archival information service. This part analyzes the integration of APP in the platform through the investigation of the application of APP in archival information service. Service function development, user interface design and platform update. In chapter 4, the application strategy of APP in archives information service is constructed. According to chapter 3, the problems existing in the application of APP in archival information service are analyzed. The development strategies of opening and sharing resources, optimizing functions, improving the experience of interface design and establishing a long-term operation promotion mechanism are put forward.
