基于CiteSpace文獻(xiàn)計量法的基因組學(xué)研究文獻(xiàn)可視化圖譜分析

【摘要】:本研究從文獻(xiàn)計量學(xué)角度對比中外基因組學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究情況,為我國該領(lǐng)域研究提供參考。通過檢索Web of Science核心合集及CNKI數(shù)據(jù)庫中于1985年1月1日至2016年4月30日國內(nèi)外發(fā)表的基因組學(xué)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),利用文獻(xiàn)計量可視化軟件Cite Space 4.0.R5 SE對文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行發(fā)文量分析、作者合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析、研究機(jī)構(gòu)合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析、國家合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析、關(guān)鍵詞共現(xiàn)分析及文獻(xiàn)共被引分析。國內(nèi)外基因組學(xué)研究的發(fā)文量總體呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢。發(fā)文量最多的三個國家依次為美國、英國和中國。美國在基因組學(xué)領(lǐng)域已形成了頗具規(guī)模的核心機(jī)構(gòu),我國基因組學(xué)的主要研究機(jī)構(gòu)為中科院。中外文文獻(xiàn)發(fā)文量最多的研究者分別為劉家強(qiáng)、Zhang。國外各研究機(jī)構(gòu)間、作者間的合作關(guān)系強(qiáng)于國內(nèi)。文獻(xiàn)中突現(xiàn)和共現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵詞主要有藥物基因組學(xué)、功能基因組學(xué)、比較基因組學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)等。文獻(xiàn)共被引分析中,中心性最高的文獻(xiàn)為(Yang,2007),被引頻次最高的文獻(xiàn)為(Lander,2001),突現(xiàn)值最高的文獻(xiàn)為(Altschul,1997)。通過文獻(xiàn)計量分析和可視化分析可見,我國在基因組學(xué)方面的發(fā)文量較多,但研究者之間、研究機(jī)構(gòu)之間的合作較少,因此我國在加強(qiáng)基因組學(xué)研究力度的同時,還應(yīng)鼓勵各研究機(jī)構(gòu)間的合作與交流,緊緊把握該領(lǐng)域研究的前沿與熱點,以促進(jìn)我國基因組學(xué)研究向更多元化、更深層化的方向邁進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:This study compares the research situation of genomics in China and foreign countries from the perspective of bibliometrics. To provide a reference for the study of this field in China. Through the search of Web of. Genomics literature published in the Science core collection and CNKI database from January 1st 1985 to April 30th 2016 at home and abroad. Using Cite Space 4.0.R5SE, this paper analyzes the quantity of documents, the author's cooperative network, and the research institution's cooperative network. National cooperative network analysis, keyword co-occurrence analysis and literature co-citation analysis. Genomics studies at home and abroad show an overall upward trend in the number of papers. The three countries with the largest number of publications are the United States. The United Kingdom and China. The United States has formed a large scale of core institutions in the field of genomics. The main research institution of genomics in China is the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The most published documents in Chinese and foreign languages are Liu Jia-qiang. The cooperative relationship among foreign research institutions is stronger than that in China. The key words in the literature mainly include pharmacogenomics, functional genomics, comparative genomics. Proteomics and so on. In the co-citation analysis, the most central literature was Yangzhuo 2007, and the most frequently cited literature was Landern 2001). The most emergent literature is Altschulus 1997.Through the bibliometric analysis and visual analysis, it can be seen that there are more papers published in genomics in China, but among researchers. There is less cooperation among research institutions, so our country should encourage the cooperation and exchange among research institutions while strengthening the research of genomics, and grasp the frontier and hot spot of research in this field. In order to promote the genomics research in China towards a more diversified and deeper direction.
