【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和國民生活方式的改變,尤其是社會老齡化及城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加速,我國冠心病患病率和死亡率呈逐年上升態(tài)勢。冠心病病防治工作刻不容緩,防治任務(wù)異常艱巨。然而西藥治療冠心病雖然取得了較好療效,但其已知的和未知的風(fēng)險存在,臨床在考慮患者受益的時候,也不得不考慮患者的其他方面受損的情況。中醫(yī)學(xué)雖無冠心病病名,但最早在《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》中就有對冠心病的相關(guān)認(rèn)識,歷代醫(yī)家都繼承和發(fā)展了中醫(yī)藥治療冠心病的理論和特色診療經(jīng)驗(yàn),使得中醫(yī)藥治療冠心病有獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢,為臨床提供了新的思路,并取得了滿意的療效。本研究通過對近十年冠心病中醫(yī)藥防治研究的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)計量學(xué)和社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)可視化分析,總結(jié)了相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的總體趨勢、來源和基金分布、文獻(xiàn)作者地區(qū)和機(jī)構(gòu)分布以及文獻(xiàn)關(guān)鍵詞分布,探索了當(dāng)代醫(yī)家治療冠心病心絞痛的核心學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)隊,以此梳理當(dāng)代冠心病心絞痛的中醫(yī)診療思路及學(xué)術(shù)思想,為臨床及科研提供參考。本論文分為以下兩個部分:文獻(xiàn)綜述和社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)可視化分析。第一部分為文獻(xiàn)綜述:對冠心病的中醫(yī)病名、中醫(yī)病因、中醫(yī)病機(jī)的認(rèn)識,從臟腑論治、從風(fēng)邪痰瘀論治、從絡(luò)論治方面闡述冠心病的中醫(yī)藥診治,從辨證論治、“治未病”、中成藥角度闡明中醫(yī)藥治療冠心病具有的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢。第二部分為社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)可視化分析:目的:通過文獻(xiàn)計量學(xué)及社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析的方法,分析中醫(yī)藥治療冠心病心絞痛文獻(xiàn)和作者的分布趨勢,挖掘冠心病中醫(yī)藥治療的當(dāng)代中醫(yī)藥學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)隊,凝煉各團(tuán)隊的學(xué)術(shù)思想及研究方向。方法:檢索中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(CBMdisk)、中國學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(CNKI)、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫、維普信息資源系統(tǒng)(VIP)2007至2016年冠心病心絞痛治療的中醫(yī)藥相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),導(dǎo)出文獻(xiàn)題錄;采用正則表達(dá)式“A\d.+”,應(yīng)用文本提取工具Regexbuddy提取作者信息;依據(jù)普賴斯定律及綜合指數(shù)法等確定核心作者;利用社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析軟件Ucinet對核心作者候選人進(jìn)行“2-派系”的聚類分析,采用Netdraw軟件繪制核心作者關(guān)系圖;基于典型文獻(xiàn)總結(jié)與凝煉該學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)隊的學(xué)術(shù)思想及研究方向。利用Excel和SPSS軟件對文獻(xiàn)數(shù)量及作者、來源、基金分布等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果:經(jīng)過EndNoteX7軟件查重以及剔除不符合納排標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文獻(xiàn)后,最終納入研究的文獻(xiàn)為13926篇,得出核心作者候選人共117人,其中核心作者32位、擴(kuò)展核心作者19位。通過統(tǒng)計分析發(fā)現(xiàn)文獻(xiàn)量呈逐年上升的趨勢,文獻(xiàn)來源排名第一為《中國中醫(yī)急癥》雜志,文獻(xiàn)基金項(xiàng)目排名第一為國家自然科學(xué)基金,文獻(xiàn)作者機(jī)構(gòu)分布排名第一為山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué),地區(qū)分布排名第一為北京。從文獻(xiàn)發(fā)表和科研合作角度確定了該專題的8支學(xué)術(shù)影響力較高的團(tuán)隊:陳可冀團(tuán)隊、王階團(tuán)隊、張明雪團(tuán)隊、王偉團(tuán)隊、毛靜遠(yuǎn)團(tuán)隊、張敏州團(tuán)隊、袁肇凱團(tuán)隊、杜武勛團(tuán)隊,并分析了各團(tuán)隊的核心學(xué)術(shù)思想。結(jié)論:冠心病中醫(yī)藥治療領(lǐng)域的研究在繼續(xù)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,研究人員的特征和分布存在地域性差異。當(dāng)代中醫(yī)藥研究人員運(yùn)用中醫(yī)中藥治療冠心病心絞痛,從不同的角度繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)了傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)藥理論,在臨床研究和實(shí)踐中形成了各具特色的學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)隊。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the change of life style, especially the accelerated aging of society and the urbanization process in China, the prevalence of coronary heart disease and mortality was increasing year by year. Coronary heart disease prevention and control work is extremely arduous task. However, the prevention and control of Western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease has good curative effect, but the risk of the known and the unknown the presence of clinical when considering patients benefit, also had to consider other aspects of patients with impaired coronary heart disease. Although the name of traditional Chinese medicine, but the earliest in "Neijing > have the relevant knowledge of coronary heart disease, the traditional inheritance and development of the theory and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease diagnosis and treatment experience Chinese medicine treatment of coronary heart disease, which has unique advantages, provides a new idea for clinical, and achieved satisfactory curative effect. Through the research of nearly ten years of coronary heart disease in Chinese Medicine Study on prevention and treatment of literature analysis of bibliometrics and social network visualization, the overall trend of the related literature summary, fund sources and distribution, authors and institutions as well as the keywords distribution area distribution, to explore the modern doctors in treating coronary heart disease angina pectoris core academic team, in order to comb the angina pectoris of coronary heart disease diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine academic thought and ideas, for clinical and scientific research to provide the reference. This paper is divided into two parts: literature review and analysis of social network visualization. The first part is the literature review: TCM, TCM etiology of coronary heart disease, TCM pathogenesis, treatment from viscera, cure from the wind phlegm and blood stasis, from the network theory of governance aspects of Chinese medicine for the treatment of coronary heart disease, treatment based on syndrome differentiation, disease, elucidating the unique advantages of Chinese medicine Chinese medicine treatment of coronary heart disease with the second part is the social network. Visual analysis: Objective: through the method of bibliometrics and social network analysis, the distribution trend analysis of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease literature and the author's academic team, mining of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease in Contemporary Chinese medicine, academic thoughts and research direction of the condensed team. Methods: to search the China biomedical literature database (CBMdisk), China the Academic Journal Full-text Database (CNKI), Wanfang database, VIP information resource system (VIP) of traditional Chinese medicine related literature from 2007 to 2016 in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, derived from the bibliography; using regular expression "Ad.+", using text extraction tools Regexbuddy to extract the author information; the core authors determined on the basis of Price's law and the comprehensive index method; the analysis software of Ucinet core author candidates "cluster analysis 2- faction" using social network mining, using Netdraw software drawing core The relation graph; typical literature summary of academic thought and research direction of the academic team and condensed by Excel and SPSS software. Based on the sources of the number of literature and author, statistical analysis of fund distribution. Results: after checking and EndNoteX7 software does not conform to standard Na Pai literature, finally included in the research literature 13926, the core author candidates a total of 117 people, of which 32 core authors, core authors extended 19. Through statistical analysis found that the literature quantity is increasing year by year, literature sources ranked first for China magazine in Chinese emergency ", the literature fund project ranked first for the National Natural Science Foundation, authors distribution of institutions ranking the first is the Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, ranked first for the regional distribution of Beijing. From the published literature and research cooperation between the 8 to determine the influence of higher academic team on the topic: Chen Can Hebei team, the Wang Jie team, the Zhang Mingxue team, the Wang Wei team, the Mao Jingyuan team, the Zhang Minzhou team, the Yuan Zhaokai team, the Du Wuxun team, and analyzes the team's core academic thought. Conclusion: the study of Chinese medicine treatment of coronary heart disease in the field continue to develop steadily, there is regional difference research personnel and distribution of contemporary Chinese medicine. The researchers used the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, inherit and carry forward the traditional Chinese medicine theory from different angles, forming a unique in clinical research and practice of the academic team.
