【摘要】：圖書館作為重要的社會文化機構(gòu),在政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放中可以發(fā)揮重要作用。文章首先分析圖書館參與政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放的必要性和可行性,然后結(jié)合圖書館職能以及我國政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放的現(xiàn)狀和相關(guān)政策,提出我國圖書館參與政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放的若干途徑,如開展面向不同對象的教育與培訓(xùn)活動、開展數(shù)據(jù)資源建設(shè)、進行政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放相關(guān)的宣傳與推廣等,以期為我國圖書館界開展此方面的實踐提供一些參考。表1。參考文獻11。
[Abstract]:The library as important social and cultural institutions, can play an important role in the open government data. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of Library in the open government data, and then combine the functions of the library and the status quo of China's open government data and related policy, put forward several ways of our library in the open government data, such as education and the training activities for different objects, to carry out the construction of data resources, to open government data related publicity and promotion, in order to provide some reference for our libraries to carry out the practice in this regard.
