【摘要】：重大研究計(jì)劃作為國家自然科學(xué)基金研究項(xiàng)目系列之一,是體現(xiàn)我國基礎(chǔ)研究與重大需求相結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的前瞻性舉措。本文從重大研究計(jì)劃立項(xiàng)情況、牽頭科學(xué)部分布、計(jì)劃批準(zhǔn)資助項(xiàng)目數(shù)、資助經(jīng)費(fèi)分布、科研論文產(chǎn)出等維度,分析了49個重大研究計(jì)劃的資助及論文產(chǎn)出情況。研究顯示重大研究計(jì)劃牽頭科學(xué)部有效支撐了各科學(xué)部交叉資助項(xiàng)目,且其資助強(qiáng)度與科研產(chǎn)出呈現(xiàn)出較強(qiáng)的一致性。本文最后從資助方式優(yōu)化、強(qiáng)化集成、平衡各科學(xué)部發(fā)展等方面對重大研究計(jì)劃實(shí)施提出了針對性建議,以便國家自然科學(xué)基金委員會更好地完善資助體系,不斷促進(jìn)我國人才的培養(yǎng)和科技創(chuàng)新能力的持續(xù)提高。
[Abstract]:As one of the research projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the major research plan embodies the combination of basic research and major needs in China. This paper from the major research projects, lead the distribution of the Ministry of Science, plan to approve the number of funding projects, funding distribution, scientific research papers and other dimensions. Analysis of 49 major research projects funding and paper output. The research shows that the major research projects lead the science department effectively supported the cross-funded projects of the science departments. And the intensity of its funding and scientific research output show a strong consistency. Finally, this paper from the way of funding optimization, strengthening integration, balancing the development of science departments and other aspects of the implementation of major research projects put forward targeted recommendations. So that the National Natural Science Foundation Committee can perfect the aid system and promote the cultivation of talents and the continuous improvement of the ability of science and technology innovation.
