【摘要】：[目的 /意義]隨著信息技術的發(fā)展和普及,數字素養(yǎng)日趨成為世界各國國民素質教育的重要內容。它與媒介素養(yǎng)、信息素養(yǎng)有著密切的關聯,正被越來越多的國家納入其國民教育課程的體系之中,但我國的發(fā)展仍很不完善。針對這一現狀對發(fā)達國家和我國的數字素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)模式發(fā)展進行述評,并對我國數字素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)提出建議。[方法/過程]在對相關文獻進行充分調研的基礎上,分別對美國、歐洲、日本和中國的四種具有典型性的數字素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)模式加以分析,并據此提出本文的結論。[結果 /結論]美國、歐洲和日本的先發(fā)優(yōu)勢與經驗為我國數字素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)的建設和發(fā)展提供了良好的借鑒。我國應該構建一個多主體共同參與的體系,形成由各級公共圖書館、專業(yè)圖書館、學術圖書館、大中小學、政府管理機構等全社會共同推動實現的機制,建設一個能充分接觸數字資源和社群信息的交互式數字媒介空間。
[Abstract]:[Objective] / significance with the development of information technology and the popularity of digital literacy has become the important content of national quality education all over the world. With the media literacy, information literacy is closely related, being more and more countries into the national education system, but the development of our country is still not perfect. Review according to the current situation of developed countries and China's digital literacy training mode development, and culture of China's digital literacy. Proposed method / process based on] a full investigation of the related documents, to the United States, Europe, to analyze the training mode of four kinds of typical digital literacy in Japan and the China, and puts forward the conclusion. The conclusion of this paper / United States, provides a good reference for the first mover advantage and experience in Europe and Japan for the construction and development of digital literacy training in our country. I China should establish a multi subject participation system, formed by all levels of public library, library, academic library, and primary school, the government and the whole society to jointly promote the implementation of the mechanism, construction of a full access to digital resources and community information interactive digital media space.
