【摘要】:中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨十一屆三中全會(huì)以來(lái),特別是1992年確定市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革方向以后,我國(guó)企業(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)入快車道,檔案工作是企業(yè)各方面工作的基礎(chǔ),企業(yè)檔案工作在這樣的背景下成為當(dāng)今計(jì)算機(jī)信息化社會(huì)的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)。我們能把檔案方面的事情有序開(kāi)展好,就能把企業(yè)的根本工作有效做好,而主企業(yè)檔案工作的檔案工作者飾演的角色也更加重要起來(lái)。由于社會(huì)環(huán)境的不斷變化,企業(yè)檔案工作人員因?yàn)椴荒芨线@種變化的步伐,他們經(jīng)常面臨和存在各方面的問(wèn)題,企業(yè)檔案工作者遇到的問(wèn)題從根本上說(shuō)是人力資源管理的問(wèn)題。所以我們是基于人這個(gè)根本點(diǎn)出發(fā)。本文就是從人力資源管這個(gè)視角分析企業(yè)檔案工作人員存在的問(wèn)題和形成原因,并運(yùn)用人力資源管理的理論知識(shí)去解決這些問(wèn)題。本文主要依靠檔案學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)理論和人力資源管理的理論知識(shí),根據(jù)二者的結(jié)合點(diǎn),去分析解決當(dāng)前部分檔案實(shí)際工作中存在的一系列問(wèn)題。本文的主要內(nèi)容如下第一部分足緒論,主要介紹論文的的研究目的和意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)的研究現(xiàn)狀,研究?jī)?nèi)容及研究方法與思路,以及本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)與特色等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)說(shuō)明。第二部分是概述,這個(gè)部分分兩點(diǎn)。首先是主要概念的界定;其次介紹解決檔案工作人員存在問(wèn)題的意義和價(jià)值,這里包括微觀層而的意義和宏觀層面意義。第三部分是企業(yè)檔案工作人員具有的問(wèn)題及原由分析,這部分是從兩個(gè)方面展開(kāi)。首先介紹當(dāng)前一些企業(yè)檔案工作人員取得一些進(jìn)步。然后重點(diǎn)介紹部分企業(yè)檔案工作人員存在的問(wèn)題及成因。即主要有檔案工作人員工作興趣缺乏;檔案工作人員崗位穩(wěn)定性不夠:檔案工作人員信息化和專業(yè)化水平不強(qiáng);檔案工作人員數(shù)量配置不足;檔案工作人員服務(wù)意識(shí)缺失;檔案工作人員創(chuàng)新意識(shí)缺欠;檔案工作人員角色定位過(guò)低。以及他們各自形成的原因。第四部分講述企業(yè)檔案工作人員存在問(wèn)題的解決對(duì)策,這部分是基于人力資源管理的理論,依據(jù)實(shí)際情況,分析解決這些問(wèn)題。第五部分是結(jié)語(yǔ)。檔案工作人員要努力做好本職工作,積極應(yīng)對(duì)一些問(wèn)題,為國(guó)家為社會(huì)做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Since the third Plenary session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), especially after the direction of the reform of the market economy system was determined in 1992, the development of Chinese enterprises has entered a fast track, and archival work is the basis of all aspects of the work of the enterprises. Under this background, the archival work of enterprises has become a key point in the computer information society. If we can carry out the archival affairs in an orderly manner, we can effectively do the basic work of the enterprises well. The archival workers who work in the main enterprise also play a more important role. Due to the continuous changes in the social environment, the enterprise archives staff can not keep up with the pace of this change. They often face and have various problems. The problems encountered by enterprise archivists are fundamentally the problems of human resource management. Therefore, we are based on the root point of human resources management. This paper is to analyze the existence of enterprise archives staff from the perspective of human resources management. Problems and causes. This paper mainly relies on the basic theory of archives and the theoretical knowledge of human resources management, according to the combination of the two. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first part of the introduction, mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the paper, domestic and foreign related research status. The research contents, research methods and ideas, as well as the innovation and characteristics of this paper are described in detail. The second part is an overview, this part is divided into two points. First, the definition of the main concepts; Secondly, it introduces the significance and value of solving the problems of archival staff, including the significance of micro-level and macro-level. The third part is the analysis of the problems and reasons of enterprise archival staff. This part is from two aspects. First, introduce some enterprise archives staff to make some progress. Then introduce the problems and causes of some enterprise archives staff. That is to say, there are mainly archives staff. Lack of interest in work; The post stability of archival staff is not enough: the level of information and specialization of archival staff is not strong; Insufficient allocation of archival staff; Lack of service consciousness of archival staff; The innovation consciousness of archival staff is deficient; The role of archival staff is too low. And their respective reasons. Part 4th describes the solutions to the problems of the enterprise archival staff, which is based on the theory of human resources management. According to the actual situation, this paper analyzes and solves these problems. Part 5th is the conclusion. The archivists should make great efforts to do their own work, actively deal with some problems, and make due contributions to the country for the society.
