【摘要】：文章基于回答特征將學術用戶知識貢獻行為分為兩類(復制型、創(chuàng)作型),結合自我決定理論和理性行為理論構建了一個知識貢獻行為決策模型,分析內(nèi)外在激勵政策對學術虛擬社區(qū)用戶知識貢獻行為的影響。結果表明:外在激勵能夠大幅度提升用戶復制型回答的數(shù)量,但會減少創(chuàng)作型回答的數(shù)量;內(nèi)在激勵能夠有效促進創(chuàng)作型回答,提高學術虛擬社區(qū)的回答質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:This paper divides academic users' knowledge contribution behavior into two categories (replicative and creative) based on the response characteristics, and constructs a decision model of knowledge contribution behavior based on self-decision theory and rational behavior theory. This paper analyzes the influence of internal and external incentive policies on the knowledge contribution behavior of users in academic virtual community. The results show that external incentives can greatly increase the number of users' replicative responses, but will reduce the number of creative responses; Internal motivation can effectively promote creative responses and improve the quality of responses in academic virtual communities.
