LSP理念的圖書(shū)館管理系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)
圖書(shū)館管理系統(tǒng)是圖書(shū)館開(kāi)展業(yè)務(wù)工作和讀者服務(wù)工作的基礎(chǔ),直接影響著圖書(shū)館工作的質(zhì)量與效率。當(dāng)前使用的圖書(shū)館管理系統(tǒng)在以網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)、知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)和電子商務(wù)為特點(diǎn)的新經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代不能適應(yīng)以用戶(hù)服務(wù)為主導(dǎo)的管理思想,難以滿(mǎn)足圖書(shū)館現(xiàn)代管理的需求,制約著圖書(shū)館服務(wù)模式和管理方式的轉(zhuǎn)型。本文在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外大多數(shù)圖書(shū)館管理系統(tǒng)的功能的基礎(chǔ)上,剖析當(dāng)前我國(guó)圖書(shū)館管理模式中存在的不足和面臨的機(jī)遇,對(duì)未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)做出預(yù)測(cè),構(gòu)思了一種新的圖書(shū)館管理理念——圖書(shū)館服務(wù)計(jì)劃(LSP),進(jìn)一步闡述了LSP的理論基礎(chǔ)及技術(shù)條件。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)圖書(shū)館的業(yè)務(wù)流程、服務(wù)內(nèi)容、服務(wù)方式進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的淺析淺析研究,提出了建立在信息技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上和系統(tǒng)化管理思想上的符合圖書(shū)館發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的圖書(shū)館集成管理平臺(tái)的框架設(shè)計(jì)方案。對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外圖書(shū)館管理系統(tǒng)的研究結(jié)果表明:①當(dāng)前大部分圖書(shū)館管理系統(tǒng)只是基于業(yè)務(wù)流程開(kāi)發(fā)的集成管理系統(tǒng),和數(shù)字圖書(shū)館系統(tǒng)是完全分離的。這使得傳統(tǒng)圖書(shū)館和數(shù)字圖書(shū)館服務(wù)分離,影響了讀者高效使用圖書(shū)館的資源。②僅僅是以圖書(shū)館業(yè)務(wù)為主線的自動(dòng)化管理系統(tǒng),不能全面管理圖書(shū)館工作,不能作為圖書(shū)館的信息交流平臺(tái)。③隨著數(shù)字圖書(shū)館的發(fā)展,越來(lái)越無(wú)法集成全部的業(yè)務(wù)工作,獨(dú)立的系統(tǒng)日益增加,“信息孤島”現(xiàn)象初見(jiàn)端倪。④缺乏高水平的、深層次的文獻(xiàn)信息服務(wù)和針對(duì)讀者的各種個(gè)性化文獻(xiàn)服務(wù),還沒(méi)有能夠更加深入地針對(duì)讀者和學(xué)科建設(shè)開(kāi)展的文獻(xiàn)信息服務(wù),還沒(méi)有能主動(dòng)跟蹤國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)科信息的最新研究進(jìn)展和文獻(xiàn)通報(bào),并主動(dòng)提供給相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)的研究人員。通過(guò)本文的研究,為構(gòu)建一個(gè)具有先進(jìn)管理理念、圖書(shū)館管理全面集成、以及在知識(shí)服務(wù)與相應(yīng)的資源之間建立靈活聯(lián)系的圖書(shū)館管理系統(tǒng)做好理論基礎(chǔ)、需求淺析淺析和架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),轉(zhuǎn)變?cè)瓉?lái)以業(yè)務(wù)工作為核心的圖書(shū)館業(yè)務(wù)自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)為以用戶(hù)服務(wù)為核心的圖書(shū)館管理系統(tǒng),建設(shè)一套適應(yīng)圖書(shū)館發(fā)展需要的、基于館員的圖書(shū)館現(xiàn)代管理系統(tǒng)和基于讀者的知識(shí)服務(wù)系統(tǒng),并使之具有高度的可擴(kuò)展性,轉(zhuǎn)變圖書(shū)館管理、服務(wù)的理念,優(yōu)化管理模式,從而提高資源的利用率,滿(mǎn)足用戶(hù)的信息需求,提升服務(wù)水平,為圖書(shū)館傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)管理和數(shù)字資源管理提供一體化解決方案。
【Abstract】 Library management system, which is the foundation of libraries’vocational work and reader services, performs direct effects on the quality and efficiency of library work. Presently used library management systems do not adapt to the user service based management thoughts during the new economic era that is based on network economy, knowledge economy and electronic commerce, and can hardly meet libraries’modern management requirements. It brings some negative effects on the transformation of library’s service and management mode. In this paper we researched the most popular library management systems domestic and overseas, analysed the problems and challenges of library’s service and management mode, predictd the development trends in the future, and put forward a new library management concept, which is called Library Service Planning(LSP). We discussed the theoretical basis and technical conditions of LSP, analysed the business processes, service contents and service modes systematically, and designed the architecture of a LSP concept library integrated management system, which is based on information technology and systematical management thoughts, and fits library’s development trends well.Researches on library management systems domestic and overseas show that:①M(fèi)ost of the current library management systems are merely business process integrated systems and completely separated with digital library systems. This means the traditional library and digital library are separated on service, and lowers down the efficiency of utiliziton of library resources.②The business process automation systems can not be used to manage the whole library management, nor be the library information exchange platform.③With the development of digital libraries and a growing number of independent systems, it becomes increasingly difficult to integrate all of the operation flows.④There is a lack of the high-level, in-depth and personalized literature information services, and the initiative to track the latest researches and literature communications on disciplines domestic and overseas.Through this study, we discussed the theoretical basis, request analysis and architecture design for building a library management system with advanced management concepts, fully integrated library management, and flexible links between knowledge services and the corresponding resources, changed the original library automation systems at the core of business processes to the library management system at the core of user services for building a librarian based library modern management system and a reader based knowledge service system with high flexibility that adapt to the needs of library development. In this case we change the library’s service and management conception and optimize its management model to enhance the utilization rates of resources, meet users’ information requests, improve service quality, and provide a integration solution for the library traditional business and digital resources management.
