【摘要】:戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為當(dāng)前全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化大趨勢(shì)下,實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,搶占國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)地位,提升國(guó)家核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的革命性力量。黨的“十八大”明確提出了“實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略”的偉大戰(zhàn)略思想,我國(guó)推動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要舉措全面展開(kāi)。在這樣的背景下,以“新興技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)”為研究對(duì)象,構(gòu)建“新興技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)挖掘方法體系”,萃取新興技術(shù)核心技術(shù)組件,發(fā)現(xiàn)新興技術(shù)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,定義新興技術(shù)內(nèi)在關(guān)系,整合新興技術(shù)潛在價(jià)值,描繪新興技術(shù)演化趨勢(shì),并定位新興技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作關(guān)系,為國(guó)家與產(chǎn)業(yè)研究與發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供有效數(shù)據(jù)支撐,成為本文的核心研究目的。本論文圍繞“新興技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)采集與萃取”、“新興技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)分析”以及“新興技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)可視化”三部分研究展開(kāi),并選擇中國(guó)“染敏太陽(yáng)能電池”技術(shù)領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行應(yīng)用研究,其結(jié)論有效驗(yàn)證了本文方法體系的科學(xué)性與有效性。本文的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新成果如下:(1)構(gòu)建了“新興技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)采集與萃取方法”研究模型構(gòu)建了包括“科技文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)檢索策略方法”與“主題詞簇方法”在內(nèi)的“新興技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)采集與萃取方法”研究模型。該模型以定量分析為主,定性分析為輔,針對(duì)科技文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)源以及新興技術(shù)主題詞的相關(guān)特征,綜合運(yùn)用詞表、模糊語(yǔ)義以及關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則等技術(shù)方法,在有效采集新興技術(shù)科技文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了針對(duì)新興技術(shù)主題詞的清洗、合并與聚類的研究方案,為有效萃取新興技術(shù)核心技術(shù)組件提供了技術(shù)方法,奠定了“新興技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)挖掘方法體系”的數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。(2)構(gòu)建了“新興技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)分析方法”研究模型以“數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)”與“語(yǔ)義分析”為核心,構(gòu)建了“新興技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)分析方法”研究模型。一方面,構(gòu)建“數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)”的K-Means文本聚類方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了針對(duì)特定科技文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)源的高精度文本聚類以及基于訓(xùn)練集的K值局部最優(yōu)值自動(dòng)選定。另一方面,基于“語(yǔ)義分析”視角,將“主語(yǔ)—行為—賓語(yǔ)”結(jié)構(gòu)與TRIZ創(chuàng)新理論中的“矛盾矩陣”理論相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建“基于‘問(wèn)題與解決方案模型’的語(yǔ)義TRIZ方法”,為深度挖掘新興技術(shù)內(nèi)部潛在關(guān)系提供了思路與方法。兩套方法共同構(gòu)成了“新興技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)分析方法”研究模型,是“新興技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)挖掘方法體系”的重要組成部分。(3)構(gòu)建了“新興技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)可視化方法”研究模型構(gòu)建了包括“技術(shù)路線圖構(gòu)造方法”與“技術(shù)路線圖選擇與評(píng)估準(zhǔn)則”在內(nèi)的“新興技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)可視化方法”研究模型。一方面,構(gòu)建“基于主題詞與話題的技術(shù)路線圖構(gòu)造方法”刻畫(huà)微觀層面的技術(shù)細(xì)節(jié),構(gòu)建“基于‘問(wèn)題與解決方案模型’的技術(shù)路線圖構(gòu)造方法”刻畫(huà)技術(shù)組件間的內(nèi)在關(guān)系,描繪問(wèn)題與解決方案的演化趨勢(shì),構(gòu)建“半自動(dòng)化技術(shù)路線圖構(gòu)造方法”,應(yīng)用模糊集理論,提升技術(shù)路線圖構(gòu)造方法的自動(dòng)化特性。另一方面,“技術(shù)路線圖選擇與評(píng)估準(zhǔn)則”歸納總結(jié)技術(shù)路線圖的適用性,為實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供參考!靶屡d技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)可視化方法”研究模型是“新興技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)挖掘方法體系”的核心內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Strategic emerging industry has become the global trend of economic integration, to achieve sustainable economic development, to seize the international competitive advantage and enhance the core competitiveness of the national revolutionary force. The party's "big eighteen" clearly put forward the implementation of innovation driven development strategy of the great strategic thought in China, an important measure to promote the overall development of strategic emerging industries in this context, the "emerging technology competitive intelligence" as the research object, construct the "emerging technology competitive intelligence mining system, extraction of emerging technology core technology components, found the problem emerging hot technology, emerging technology definition of internal relations, the potential value of the integration of emerging technologies, describes the evolution of emerging technology trends, and competitive positioning with the emerging technology industry cooperation, to provide effective data support for national and industrial research and development strategy, as the core Heart research purposes.
