【摘要】：研究出版社、館配商、圖書館三方在政府采購中的相互關(guān)系,對于維護政府采購權(quán)威性、規(guī)范館配市場的商業(yè)秩序、建立良好的三方關(guān)系等具有積極的意義。文章分析政府采購中出版社與館配商、圖書館的相互關(guān)系,提出圖書館在政府采購中應(yīng)著重產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)兩手抓,搭建出版社、館配商信用評價指標體系;向用戶開放采購權(quán),采用PDA模式,減輕政府采購壓力;理順政府采購中出版社、館配商、圖書館三者的法律關(guān)系等三方合作共贏發(fā)展的策略。
[Abstract]:The paper analyzes the relationship between the publishing house and the library , establishes a good three - way relationship between the publishing house and the library , and puts forward that the library should focus on products and services in the government procurement , build the publishing house , the library dealer credit evaluation index system , open the purchasing power to the user , use PDA mode , reduce the government purchasing pressure , and straighten out the strategy of the three - party cooperative win - win development in the government procurement , the publishing house , the library dealer and the library .
