【摘要】：圖書館標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范體系建設(shè)對促進(jìn)圖書館發(fā)展具有重要意義。文章在對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化法律環(huán)境、圖書館相關(guān)法律環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出加強(qiáng)頂層設(shè)計(jì)和整體規(guī)劃,加大上位法支撐力度,平衡各方利益(保障博弈均衡),提升可操作性等需求。
[Abstract]:The construction of library standard and norm system is of great significance to promote the development of library. Based on the analysis of the standardized legal environment and the relevant legal environment of the library, the paper puts forward to strengthen the top-level design and overall planning. Strengthen the support of upper law, balance the interests of all parties (guarantee game equilibrium, enhance operability and other needs.
