【摘要】：通過收集SCI收錄的發(fā)表于1963—2014年的LED技術(shù)論文,利用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量和社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析等方法,系統(tǒng)比較了中國與美國、韓國、日本、德國和中國臺灣地區(qū)在LED技術(shù)論文發(fā)表數(shù)量、資助情況、發(fā)表機(jī)構(gòu)、國際合作和論文影響力等方面的差異。研究結(jié)果顯示:中國對LED技術(shù)研究非常重視,給予了大量項(xiàng)目支持;中國的LED技術(shù)論文數(shù)量不斷增加,已位居全球第二;中國已在LED技術(shù)論文國際合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)中處于核心地位,但論文影響力仍有待提高,國際合作有助于提高中國LED技術(shù)論文的影響力。
[Abstract]:By collecting the LED technical papers published in 1963-2014 in SCI, and using the methods of literature measurement and social network analysis, the paper systematically compares China with the United States, South Korea and Japan. The number of technical papers published in LED, the status of funding, and the organization of publication in Germany and Taiwan. The research results show that China attaches great importance to the research of LED technology and gives a lot of project support; The number of LED technical papers in China has been increasing and has been ranked second in the world. China has been in the core position in the international cooperation network of LED technical papers, but the influence of the papers still needs to be improved. International cooperation will help to improve the influence of Chinese LED technical papers.
