【摘要】：[目的 /意義]專業(yè)認同會影響學(xué)生專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)的積極性和專業(yè)人才的成長與發(fā)展。通過對專業(yè)認同現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研,有助于發(fā)現(xiàn)影響學(xué)生專業(yè)認同度的因素,提出針對性的措施,從而更好地推進人才培養(yǎng)。[方法 /過程]以湘潭大學(xué)圖書館學(xué)專業(yè)本科生為樣本,采用問卷調(diào)查的方式,對其專業(yè)認同現(xiàn)狀及影響因素進行調(diào)查分析。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]結(jié)果表明:湘潭大學(xué)圖書館學(xué)專業(yè)本科生對專業(yè)的行為認同高于情感、認知認同;情感認同上存在性別差異;專業(yè)認同上存在年級差異;專業(yè)調(diào)劑影響專業(yè)認同;入學(xué)前對專業(yè)的了解程度影響專業(yè)認同;對社會價值與社會地位的認知存在差異等。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance] Professional identity will affect the enthusiasm of students' professional learning and the growth and development of professional talents. Through the investigation of the status quo of professional identity, it is helpful to find out the factors that affect the degree of students' professional identity. Put forward targeted measures, so as to better promote talent training. [Methods A sample of the undergraduates majoring in library science in Xiangtan University was used to investigate and analyze the status quo and influencing factors of their professional identity by means of questionnaire. [Results / conclusion] the results show that the behavioral identity of the undergraduates majoring in library science in Xiangtan University is higher than that of emotion and cognitive identity; There are gender differences in emotional identity; There are grade differences in professional identity; Professional adjustment affects professional identity; The degree of professional understanding before entering school affects professional identity; There are differences in the cognition of social value and social status.
