【摘要】：體育事業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,給體育檔案管理特別是運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)檔案管理帶來(lái)了新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,以運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)為主要體現(xiàn)形式的體育活動(dòng)開始成為社會(huì)活動(dòng)的重要組成部分。全國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱全運(yùn)會(huì))是我國(guó)舉辦的競(jìng)技運(yùn)動(dòng)水平最高的綜合性運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì),它產(chǎn)生的檔案,反映了我國(guó)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的面貌、水平和發(fā)展規(guī)律,對(duì)研究我國(guó)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的歷史和發(fā)展具有重要的史料價(jià)值。然而,我國(guó)對(duì)于運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)檔案的規(guī)范管理起步較晚,對(duì)于運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)檔案管理理論研究也相對(duì)薄弱,相關(guān)研究成果十分罕見。目前,對(duì)于全運(yùn)會(huì)的檔案管理研究,在我國(guó)還是一項(xiàng)空白。全運(yùn)會(huì)檔案管理缺乏總體規(guī)劃,各屆全運(yùn)會(huì)檔案管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不一,管理水平參差不齊等問(wèn)題還沒(méi)有得到很好解決。因此,迫切需要對(duì)全運(yùn)會(huì)檔案管理進(jìn)行必要研究。本研究運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法,通過(guò)對(duì)全運(yùn)會(huì)檔案管理的歷史回顧與現(xiàn)狀分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)全運(yùn)會(huì)檔案管理存在問(wèn)題以及存在問(wèn)題的影響因素,最后得出結(jié)論：應(yīng)做好檔案管理的頂層設(shè)計(jì),關(guān)注前期檔案管理；應(yīng)注重監(jiān)督指導(dǎo)的全面性,通過(guò)培訓(xùn)提高檔案人員業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)；應(yīng)建立檔案基礎(chǔ)工作體系,夯實(shí)檔案工作基礎(chǔ)。建議：大力開發(fā)檔案信息資源,提高檔案利用效率；推進(jìn)檔案管理現(xiàn)代化、信息化,減輕庫(kù)容壓力。從而為全運(yùn)會(huì)檔案管理提供系統(tǒng)性指導(dǎo),進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)全運(yùn)會(huì)檔案管理,提高全運(yùn)會(huì)檔案管理水平,推動(dòng)全運(yùn)會(huì)檔案管理的科學(xué)化、制度化、規(guī)范化,為我國(guó)體育事業(yè)和社會(huì)發(fā)展服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of sports, sports archives management, especially the sports meeting file management, has brought new opportunities and challenges, along with the rapid development of the economy and society. Sports games as the main manifestation of the form of sports activities began to become an important part of social activities. The National Games (hereinafter referred to as the National Games) is China's highest level of competitive sports comprehensive games. The archives it produces reflect the appearance, level and development law of sports in our country, and have important historical value for studying the history and development of sports in our country. The standard management of sports meeting archives started late in our country, and the theoretical research on sports meeting archives management is relatively weak, the related research results are very rare. At present, the research on the archives management of the National Games is very rare. In our country is still a blank. The National Games archives management lack of overall planning, the National Games archives management standards are different, management level has not been well resolved, and so on. There is an urgent need for the necessary research on the archives management of the National Games. This study uses the method of literature and field investigation, through the historical review and analysis of the current situation of the archives management of the National Games. Find out the problems in the archives management of the National Games and the influencing factors of the problems, and finally draw the conclusion: we should do a good job in the top level design of the archives management, pay attention to the pre-archives management; We should pay attention to the comprehensiveness of supervision and guidance and improve the professional quality of archivists through training. The basic work system of archives should be established and the working basis of archives should be consolidated. Suggestions should be made to develop archives information resources and improve the efficiency of archives utilization. To promote the modernization of archives management, information, reduce the pressure on storage, thus providing systematic guidance for the National Games archives management, further strengthen the National Games archives management, improve the level of the National Games archives management. To promote the scientific, institutionalized and standardized file management of the National Games, and to serve the sports cause and social development of our country.
