【摘要】：【目的】依據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)功能理論和期刊數(shù)據(jù)政策的相關(guān)研究,科學(xué)設(shè)計評價期刊數(shù)據(jù)政策的指標(biāo)體系�！痉椒ā客ㄟ^層次分析法打分賦值評價指標(biāo)體系中4個一級指標(biāo)和14個二級指標(biāo),計算權(quán)重。【結(jié)果】構(gòu)建的期刊數(shù)據(jù)政策評價體系中,提高期刊質(zhì)量、規(guī)范數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量、便捷讀者應(yīng)用等指標(biāo)權(quán)重較高,在期刊數(shù)據(jù)政策中較為重要。【結(jié)論】建立了較為系統(tǒng)、全面、可操作的量化期刊數(shù)據(jù)政策評價體系,有利于全面分析已有期刊數(shù)據(jù)政策實施的效果。
[Abstract]:[objective] according to the structure function theory and periodical data policy related research. The index system of evaluating periodical data policy was designed scientifically. [methods] four first-class indexes and 14 second-level indexes in the evaluation index system of assigned value were graded by the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). [results] in the evaluation system of periodical data policy, the index weight is higher, such as improving periodical quality, standardizing data quality and facilitating readers' application. It is important in periodical data policy. [conclusion] A systematic, comprehensive and operable evaluation system of quantitative periodical data policy is established, which is beneficial to the comprehensive analysis of the effect of the implementation of existing periodical data policy.
