【摘要】：隨著信息全球化的不斷發(fā)展,國(guó)民教育水平的不斷提高,公民的文化信息需求日益多樣化、個(gè)性化和復(fù)雜化,傳統(tǒng)的公共圖書館已經(jīng)不能完全滿足社會(huì)公眾多元化的文化信息需求,因此,我國(guó)社會(huì)公眾對(duì)高校圖書館信息資源的需求日益強(qiáng)烈,它是高校圖書館向外積極開展對(duì)外開放服務(wù)工作的動(dòng)力與要求。本論文具體從六個(gè)部分來探討安徽省屬高校圖書館社會(huì)化服務(wù):第一部分為引言,主要介紹本論文的研究背景、研究目的及意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方法以及本文的創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分對(duì)43所安徽省屬一本院校、二本院校和三本院校圖書館社會(huì)化服務(wù)的開展情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并結(jié)合多種調(diào)查方法,從高校圖書館的資源結(jié)構(gòu)、服務(wù)對(duì)象、服務(wù)內(nèi)容、服務(wù)形式、開放時(shí)間、收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、相關(guān)制度、保障機(jī)制等多個(gè)方面開展詳細(xì)的調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計(jì),并分析各類型高校圖書館開展的特點(diǎn)與存在的不足,為下文研究做好鋪墊工作。第三部分為個(gè)案分析,在具體調(diào)查的過程中,從三大類型高校圖書館中分別選擇1所比較具有典型代表性的高校圖書館進(jìn)行更加深入地介紹和分析。第四部分分析目前安徽省屬高校圖書館社會(huì)化服務(wù)存在的問題,并進(jìn)行詳細(xì)說明,為下文采取的有效策略提供基礎(chǔ)。第五部分對(duì)策建議部分,針對(duì)第四部分列出的問題依次給出合理有效的建議和意見。第六部分結(jié)束語,對(duì)本文進(jìn)行總結(jié),指出研究的不足之處,以及對(duì)未來研究的展望。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of information globalization, the national education level increases, the demand of cultural information of citizens are increasingly diversified, personalized and complex, the traditional public library has not fully meet the needs of the public information, cultural diversification so that China's social public demand for information resources in university libraries is increasingly intense, it is dynamic and requirement for university library to actively carry out outward open service work. This thesis from six parts to discuss the social service of University Libraries in Anhui Province: the first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad, research contents, research methods and innovation of this article. Second the 43 part of the Anhui province one of the colleges, two colleges and three colleges and universities library social services were carried out investigation, Combined with a variety of research methods, from the resource structure of university library service object, service content, service form, opening hours, fees, related system, a safeguard mechanism to carry out detailed investigation and statistics, and analyzes the characteristics of various types of University Libraries and its deficiencies, pave the way for the following research work the third part is the case analysis in the specific investigation, from the three types of university library were selected in 1 compared with a typical representative of the university library more in-depth introduction and analysis. The fourth part analyzes the existing social service of University Libraries in Anhui Province, and a detailed description, provide the basis for effective take the strategy as below. The fifth part is the suggestion part, the fourth part lists the problems in order to give a reasonable and effective suggestions and opinions. Sixth The conclusion of this article is summed up, the shortcomings of the study and the prospect of future research are pointed out.
