【摘要】：文章通過對(duì)英國、美國、澳大利亞高�？茖W(xué)數(shù)據(jù)管理服務(wù)的調(diào)研,初步構(gòu)建了高�？茖W(xué)數(shù)據(jù)管理服務(wù)框架體系。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合協(xié)同理論及嵌入式服務(wù)理念,構(gòu)建了高�？茖W(xué)數(shù)據(jù)管理服務(wù)模式,該模式基于科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)生命周期理論,以圖書館為主要服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu),以用戶需求為導(dǎo)向,以數(shù)據(jù)資源為核心,以嵌入科研過程為特征,兼顧了高�？茖W(xué)數(shù)據(jù)管理中數(shù)據(jù)資源、服務(wù)、人員、過程等方面。
[Abstract]:Based on the research of the scientific data management service in the UK , the United States and Australia , the paper constructs the service model of scientific data management service in colleges and universities . Based on the theory of scientific data life cycle , the paper constructs the service model of scientific data management service in colleges and universities . Based on the theory of scientific data life cycle , the library serves as the main service organization , the data resources are the core , and the data resources are taken as the core , and the data resources , services , personnel and process in the scientific data management of the university are considered .
