【摘要】：美國圖書館志愿者隨著美國圖書館的產(chǎn)生而出現(xiàn),距今已有近四百年歷史。參照美國志愿者和圖書館的發(fā)展軌跡,并根據(jù)美國圖書館志愿者的發(fā)展特點(diǎn),將美國圖書館志愿者的發(fā)展歷程分為雛形、發(fā)展、成熟及現(xiàn)代化管理四個時(shí)期,以利于后期的深入研究。
[Abstract]:American Library Volunteers appeared with the American Library, now has nearly four hundred years of development history. According to the volunteers and the library, and according to the features of the development of American Library Volunteers, the development of American Library Volunteers divided into rudiment, development, mature and modern management of the four period, in-depth study to favor the latter.
