【摘要】：文章在構(gòu)建基于云服務平臺的競爭情報服務聯(lián)盟模型的基礎(chǔ)上,將研究重點放在建立健全聯(lián)盟內(nèi)部運行機制上,以確保聯(lián)盟有序運轉(zhuǎn)。詳細探究了動力機制、聯(lián)盟成員選擇與信任機制、協(xié)同機制、風險管理機制四大運行機制,首先對這四大運行機制總體關(guān)系模型進行剖析,再對各運行機制在該服務聯(lián)盟中扮演的角色進行具體闡述,旨在鞏固加強競爭情報服務聯(lián)盟中各盟員的聯(lián)系,調(diào)動盟員積極性,促進信息資源的共享,滿足制造企業(yè)的競爭情報需求。
[Abstract]:Based on the construction of the competitive intelligence service alliance model based on cloud service platform, the paper focuses on establishing and improving the internal operation mechanism of the alliance so as to ensure the orderly operation of the alliance. Study on the dynamic mechanism, alliance member selection and trust mechanism, coordination mechanism, risk management mechanism of four kinds of mechanism, the first of the four operating mechanism of the overall relationship model are analyzed, and then describes the operation mechanism of the play in the service role in the alliance, aims to strengthen the competitive intelligence service alliance partner in the contact, mobilize the enthusiasm of members, promote the sharing of information resources, to meet the demand of competitive intelligence in manufacturing enterprises.
