【摘要】：正1945年7月—8月,二戰(zhàn)歐洲戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)盟軍取得全面勝利之后,蘇美英三國(guó)在德國(guó)的波茨坦召開(kāi)會(huì)議并簽署了《波茨坦會(huì)議議定書(shū)》,明確了戰(zhàn)后設(shè)立一系列軍事法庭對(duì)戰(zhàn)犯進(jìn)行審批的條款。該行為不僅在政治和文化層面對(duì)二戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了定性和總結(jié),更為戰(zhàn)后國(guó)際關(guān)系格局的確立奠定了法理基礎(chǔ)。美國(guó)在戰(zhàn)后一直特別重視對(duì)相關(guān)檔案資料的征集、整理與編研。從國(guó)家利益出發(fā),美國(guó)聯(lián)邦政府收集了大量二戰(zhàn)期間及隨后審判過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的罪行檔案文件,并
[Abstract]:From July 1945 to August, after the Allied victory in the European battlefields during the Second World War, the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom and Britain convened the conference in Potsdam, Germany, and signed the Potsdam conference protocol. The provisions of a series of military tribunals for the approval of war criminals were established after the war. The act not only made a qualitative and summary of World War II in the political and cultural layers, but also laid a legal basis for the establishment of the pattern of international relations after the war.
