【摘要】：基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識資源協(xié)同化管理的視角,本文首先分析社會化標注系統(tǒng)中的知識協(xié)同機制及基本要素,指出社會化標注系統(tǒng)的運行過程本質(zhì)上就是系統(tǒng)中用戶間的知識協(xié)同過程,該知識協(xié)同活動的基本要素包括系統(tǒng)中的用戶、知識資源和標簽、知識關(guān)聯(lián)和系統(tǒng)環(huán)境。其次,圍繞知識協(xié)同活動的過程和基本要素分析社會化標注系統(tǒng)中知識協(xié)同效率的影響因素,并構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)中知識協(xié)同效率及其影響因素的測量指標體系。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過實證分析提取其中影響知識協(xié)同效率的主要因素并量化其對知識協(xié)同效率的影響程度,從而確立社會化標注系統(tǒng)中的知識協(xié)同效率影響因素模型。最后,對社會化標注系統(tǒng)的功能優(yōu)化和知識管理效率的提高提出針對性的建議。
[Abstract]:Network knowledge resources collaborative management based on the perspective of this paper, the analysis of coordination mechanism in social tagging system knowledge and basic elements, pointed out that the social tagging system is the essence of operation system between users of knowledge collaboration process, the basic elements of the collaborative activities of the users in the system including knowledge, knowledge resources and tags, knowledge association and system environment. Secondly, we analyze the influencing factors of Knowledge Synergy efficiency in the social tagging system around the process and basic elements of knowledge collaboration activities, and construct the measurement index system of Knowledge Synergy efficiency and its influencing factors in the system. Based on this, we extract the main factors that influence knowledge collaboration efficiency and quantify their influence on Knowledge Synergy efficiency through empirical analysis, so as to establish a model of influencing factors of Knowledge Synergy efficiency in social tagging system. Finally, it puts forward some pertinent suggestions to the function optimization of the socialized annotation system and the improvement of the efficiency of knowledge management.
