【摘要】：我國(guó)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)檔案建設(shè)存在著分散與集中、多元與統(tǒng)一、無(wú)形與有形、投入與產(chǎn)出、官方記憶與民間記憶的矛盾,解決上述矛盾的最有效措施是建立非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)檔案數(shù)字資源庫(kù)。在明確資源庫(kù)建設(shè)的價(jià)值取向和功能定位基礎(chǔ)上,從資源收集、資源整理、資源開發(fā)和資源傳播四大方面進(jìn)行了策略設(shè)計(jì),發(fā)揮檔案專業(yè)化管理和數(shù)字技術(shù)相融合的優(yōu)勢(shì),解決非物質(zhì)特性的傳承難題。
[Abstract]:There are contradictions between decentralization and centralization, diversity and unification, intangible and tangible, input and output, official memory and folk memory in the construction of Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives in China. The most effective way to solve these contradictions is to set up a digital repository of Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives. Based on the orientation of value orientation and clear function in the construction of a resource, the strategy of design resources from the collection, resource management, resource development and dissemination of resources in four aspects, play integration of archives of professional management and the advantages of digital technology, to solve the problem of the characteristics of intangible heritage.
