【摘要】：意識形態(tài)與輿論之間存在著階級話語與全民話語、系統(tǒng)理論話語與日常生活話語、灌輸式話語與參與式話語的話語關(guān)聯(lián),與這三個維度共同的話語關(guān)聯(lián)之處即社會共同利益的契合,表明社會主義意識形態(tài)與輿論之間是內(nèi)在而不是外在的話語關(guān)聯(lián)。在社會輿論時代,我們通過不斷推進(jìn)社會主義意識形態(tài)的理論建設(shè),實現(xiàn)了意識形態(tài)對輿論的話語主導(dǎo),保持了二者的內(nèi)在話語關(guān)聯(lián)。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論時代到來,社會主義意識形態(tài)與輿論的原有話語關(guān)聯(lián)發(fā)生了變化,造成階級話語難以統(tǒng)領(lǐng)全民話語、系統(tǒng)理論話語被顯性化網(wǎng)絡(luò)情緒所"稀釋"、灌輸式話語遭遇參與式話語網(wǎng)絡(luò)抗?fàn)幍仍捳Z危機(jī)。對此,我們需要透過網(wǎng)絡(luò)情緒把握社會現(xiàn)實以實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)理論話語與日常生活話語的有效鏈接,需要依據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情具體地把握共同利益、設(shè)置主導(dǎo)性議題影響全民話語,需要積極引導(dǎo)公眾表達(dá)、討論以化解參與式話語對灌輸式話語的網(wǎng)絡(luò)抗?fàn)帯?br/>[Abstract]:There are class discourse and national discourse, systematic theoretical discourse and daily life discourse, indoctrination discourse and participating discourse between ideology and public opinion. The common discourse relevance with these three dimensions is the agreement of social common interests, which indicates that socialist ideology and public opinion are internal rather than external discourse relevance. In the era of social public opinion, by constantly promoting the theoretical construction of socialist ideology, we have realized the discourse dominance of ideology to public opinion and maintained the internal discourse relationship between the two. With the advent of the era of network public opinion, the original discourse relationship between socialist ideology and public opinion has changed, which makes it difficult for class discourse to dominate the discourse of the whole people, and the systematic theoretical discourse is "diluted" by the apparent network emotion. The indoctrination discourse encounters the discourse crisis such as the participation discourse network struggle and so on. In this regard, we need to grasp the social reality through the network emotion in order to realize the effective link between the systematic theoretical discourse and the daily life discourse, and we need to grasp the common interests concretely according to the network public opinion, and set up the dominant topics to influence the discourse of the whole people. It is necessary to actively guide public expression and discuss in order to resolve the network struggle of participatory discourse against indoctrinated discourse.
