【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代,伴隨著數(shù)據(jù)信息的指數(shù)化增長(zhǎng)和數(shù)據(jù)信息處理技術(shù)的跨越式發(fā)展,海量的數(shù)據(jù)信息儼然已成為人類社會(huì)發(fā)展生產(chǎn)的重要資源,繼而以數(shù)據(jù)開發(fā)和利用為軸心引發(fā)了深刻的思維和社會(huì)變革。為此,醫(yī)療、政府統(tǒng)計(jì)、公共服務(wù)及教育等各個(gè)行業(yè)紛紛將大數(shù)據(jù)思維、技術(shù)和方法“嫁接”至各自的領(lǐng)域,以便于把握其信息化發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略契機(jī)。以信息論為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建思想政治教育信息方法,恰恰與大數(shù)據(jù)的信息處理和運(yùn)用模式相耦合,并實(shí)現(xiàn)了兩者的“聯(lián)姻”,牢牢把握住了思想政治教育信息方法的時(shí)代脈搏和未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文立足于大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代思想政治教育信息方法發(fā)展的新內(nèi)涵、新特點(diǎn)及新需要,以信息論為理論支撐將大數(shù)據(jù)與思想政治教育信息方法有機(jī)結(jié)合,希冀推動(dòng)思想政治教育信息方法研究的發(fā)展。其主要內(nèi)容包含以下三個(gè)部分:第一部分,大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代思想政治教育信息方法概述。此部分從大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代思想政治教育信息方法產(chǎn)生的背景入手,揭示了大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代思想政治教育信息方法的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵。同時(shí),緊扣思想政治教育信息方法發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求,指明其具有的系統(tǒng)化、科學(xué)化和創(chuàng)新性研究意義。第二部分,大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代思想政治教育信息方法的確立依據(jù)、特點(diǎn)及功能。此部分從理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的邏輯理路出發(fā),指明了大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代思想政治教育信息方法的確立既是馬克思主義理論和信息學(xué)理論的本質(zhì)體現(xiàn),也是創(chuàng)新思想政治教育方法、科學(xué)認(rèn)識(shí)教育對(duì)象和教育環(huán)境、加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)要求。立足其本質(zhì)指明了其具有的信息組織快捷化、方法選擇多樣化及實(shí)施過(guò)程碎片化和一體化的特征,分析了其具有的預(yù)測(cè)、精準(zhǔn)化和易可視化功能。第三部分,大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代思想政治教育信息方法的主要運(yùn)用方式及實(shí)踐要求。此部分從信息論視角出發(fā),以大數(shù)據(jù)思維、技術(shù)和方法為支撐,結(jié)合思想政治教育信息方法的現(xiàn)實(shí)圖景,探索了大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的思想政治教育信息獲取法、思想政治教育信息預(yù)測(cè)教育法及思想政治教育信息對(duì)比反饋法等諸多新方法,并以各種方法的本質(zhì)特征為基點(diǎn),探索了各思想政治教育信息方法的實(shí)踐要求。
[Abstract]:In the era of big data, with the exponential growth of data information and the leap-forward development of data information processing technology, massive data information has become an important resource for the development and production of human society. Then the data development and use of the axis triggered a profound thinking and social change. Therefore, the medical, government statistics, public service and education industries have "grafted" big data's thinking, technology and methods to their respective fields in order to grasp the strategic opportunity of its information development. On the basis of information theory, the information method of ideological and political education is precisely coupled with big data's mode of information processing and application, and realizes the marriage of the two. It is of great practical significance to firmly grasp the pulse of the times and the future development trend of the information methods of ideological and political education. Based on the new connotation, new characteristics and new needs of the development of the information methods of ideological and political education in big data's time, this paper organically combines big data and the information methods of ideological and political education with information theory as the theoretical support. Hope to promote the development of ideological and political education information methods. Its main content includes the following three parts: the first part, the big data era ideological and political education information method outline. This part starts with the background of the information method of ideological and political education in big data's time, and reveals the scientific connotation of the information method of ideological and political education in the period of big data. At the same time, it points out the systematization, scientific and innovative significance of the development of ideological and political education information method. The second part, the establishment basis, characteristic and function of the information method of ideological and political education in big data's time. This part points out that the establishment of information method of ideological and political education in big data's time is not only the essence of Marxist theory and informatics theory, but also the innovation of ideological and political education method. To understand the educational object and educational environment scientifically and to strengthen the realistic requirement of the construction of network ideology leadership. Based on its essence, the paper points out its information organization quickness, chooses the characteristics of diversification, fragmentation and integration of implementation process, and analyzes its prediction, precision and easy visualization function. The third part, big data era ideological and political education information methods of the main application and practical requirements. In this part, from the perspective of information theory, with big data's thinking, techniques and methods as the support, and combining with the realistic picture of the information methods of ideological and political education, this part explores the method of obtaining information of ideological and political education in the age of big data. Many new methods, such as the method of predicting the information of ideological and political education and the method of contrast and feedback of the information of the ideological and political education, are used to explore the practical requirements of the information methods of the ideological and political education based on the essential characteristics of the methods.
