【摘要】：“生態(tài)興則文明興、生態(tài)衰則文明衰”,從辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義的立場來看,這句話總結(jié)了人類文明的發(fā)展規(guī)律,揭示了人類文明的進(jìn)步必定要處理好人與自然這一最基本的關(guān)系�；仡櫸尹h波瀾壯闊的發(fā)展歷程,審視中國社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的宏偉畫面,工業(yè)化建設(shè)在取得舉世矚目的成就的同時(shí),也付出了慘痛的代價(jià),資源約束趨緊,環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重,生態(tài)系統(tǒng)退化,發(fā)展與人口資源環(huán)境之間的矛盾日益突出�，F(xiàn)今,生態(tài)環(huán)境越來越受到普遍的關(guān)注,生態(tài)文明的發(fā)展程度越來越成為衡量一國綜合國力的重要標(biāo)志�；跉v史縱深的思考,中國共產(chǎn)黨反思過去發(fā)展方式帶來的生態(tài)后果,順應(yīng)時(shí)代需求,在摸索中提出了生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的思想。本文試從中國共產(chǎn)黨生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想的理論淵源、探索歷程、當(dāng)代價(jià)值等方面進(jìn)行研究。開篇,以中國共產(chǎn)黨的理論淵源和現(xiàn)實(shí)問題為切入點(diǎn),從馬克思主義的生態(tài)文明思想、中國古代樸素的生態(tài)文明哲學(xué)智慧以及西方的生態(tài)文明思想三部分出發(fā),探討了中國共產(chǎn)黨生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想的理論淵源,并通過描述國內(nèi)外生態(tài)環(huán)境的現(xiàn)狀,較為直觀地展現(xiàn)了中國共產(chǎn)黨生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的迫切性。其次,詳細(xì)闡述了中國共產(chǎn)黨生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想的探索歷程,以建國以來中國共產(chǎn)黨幾代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想的逐步演進(jìn)為依托,對中國共產(chǎn)黨生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想進(jìn)行了深入分析,力求更全面地展現(xiàn)中國共產(chǎn)黨生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的理論體系。最后,以中國共產(chǎn)黨生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的當(dāng)代價(jià)值為落腳點(diǎn),系統(tǒng)的梳理和研究這一重大戰(zhàn)略思想的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),對于我們深刻理解建設(shè)生態(tài)文明的思想、深入貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀、推進(jìn)全面建設(shè)小康社會,具有十分重要的意義。實(shí)踐證明,我們要建設(shè)的生態(tài)文明,是同社會主義緊密聯(lián)系在一起的,兩者間的內(nèi)在統(tǒng)一、相互促進(jìn),既是人與自然和諧共生的一種新的文明境界,更是中國特色社會主義與生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想良性結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:From the standpoint of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, this sentence sums up the law of the development of human civilization. It reveals that the progress of human civilization must deal with the most basic relationship between man and nature. Looking back on our party's magnificent development and examining the magnificent picture of China's socialist modernization, the industrialization construction has not only made remarkable achievements, but also paid a heavy price, tightened resource constraints and seriously polluted the environment, The contradiction between ecosystem degradation, development and population, resources and environment is increasingly prominent. Nowadays, more and more attention is paid to the ecological environment, and the development of ecological civilization has become an important symbol to measure a country's comprehensive national strength. Based on the deep thinking of history, the Communist Party of China reflects on the ecological consequences brought by the past development mode, conforms to the needs of the times, and puts forward the thought of ecological civilization construction in the course of exploration. This paper attempts to study the theoretical origin, exploration course and contemporary value of the ecological civilization construction of the Communist Party of China. Starting with the theoretical origin and practical problems of the Communist Party of China, starting from the Marxist thought of ecological civilization, the simple philosophical wisdom of ecological civilization in ancient China and the thought of ecological civilization in the West, This paper probes into the theoretical origin of the construction of ecological civilization of the Communist Party of China, and by describing the present situation of ecological environment at home and abroad, it shows the urgency of the construction of ecological civilization of the Communist Party of China intuitively. Secondly, it elaborates the exploration course of the ecological civilization construction thought of the Communist Party of China in detail, relying on the gradual evolution of the ecological civilization construction thought of several generations of leaders of the Communist Party of China since the founding of the people's Republic of China. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the construction of ecological civilization of the Communist Party of China, and tries to show the theoretical system of ecological civilization construction of the Communist Party of China more comprehensively. Finally, taking the contemporary value of the construction of ecological civilization of the Communist Party of China as the foothold, systematically combing and studying the development thread of this important strategic thought, for us to deeply understand the idea of building ecological civilization, to carry out the scientific development view deeply. It is of great significance to promote the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way. Practice has proved that the ecological civilization we want to build is closely linked to socialism. The inherent unity and mutual promotion between the two are not only a new civilized realm of harmony and symbiosis between man and nature. It is also a benign combination of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the construction of ecological civilization.
