【摘要】：西方學術界對社會信任與政府信任關系的研究以實證為主導,因量化設計不同、樣本數(shù)量有別等因素,兩種信任間的相關性多有變化,實證研究解釋差異顯著。最初政府信任與社會信任被認為是人格特質(zhì)的一體兩面,混淆了策略性信任與普遍性信任,這一預設在個體層面的實證結果亦相互矛盾。部分實證研究調(diào)整方向,從國別比較層面見證了社會信任與政府信任的顯著正相關,公正健全的制度被認為是兩者并生的剛性保障。此后調(diào)研設計更新,因11點量表固有的中心化趨勢誤差,社會信任與政府信任的強正相關在個體層面被證實,跟進的"勝者假設"解釋也存在以偏概全的層次謬誤問題。
[Abstract]:The research on the relationship between social trust and government trust in western academic circles is dominated by positivism. Because of different quantitative design and different sample size, the correlation between the two kinds of trust varies, and the explanation of empirical research is significant. Initially, government trust and social trust were regarded as two sides of personality traits, which confused strategic trust with universal trust, and the empirical results of this presupposition were contradictory at individual level. Part of the empirical research on the adjustment direction, from the country comparison level witnessed the significant positive correlation between social trust and government trust, fair and sound system is considered to be the rigid guarantee of the two. Since then, the survey design is updated, due to the inherent centralization trend error of 11:00 scale, the strong positive correlation between social trust and government trust is confirmed at the individual level.
