臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:本文共有六部分組成,第一部分是前言,包含了四小部分的內(nèi)容,從選題的目的和意義角度出發(fā),通過對(duì)選題意義的描述,借助參考文獻(xiàn)綜述分析目前現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合所要研究的主題指出采取的研究方法。根據(jù)研究內(nèi)容指出創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和不足之處。第二部分是臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員思想政治教育相關(guān)概述。分為三個(gè)小點(diǎn)進(jìn)行敘述,首先是關(guān)于思想政治教育的概念;其次,臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員思想政治教育的主要作用;最后,總結(jié)出臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員思想政治教育的特點(diǎn)。第三部分是臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀分析。以調(diào)查問卷的模式分析臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員思想政治教育的重要性。首先是關(guān)于臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研的設(shè)計(jì),其次是得出臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研結(jié)果并進(jìn)行分析。第四部分是加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員思想政治教育的主要內(nèi)容和重要意義。主要內(nèi)容主要包括樹立為廣大人民群眾服務(wù)的信念和正確貫徹集體主義原則。重要意義包含了三點(diǎn):第一,有利于提升臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員的思想道德素質(zhì);第二,有利于建設(shè)良好的醫(yī)德醫(yī)風(fēng);第三,有利于推動(dòng)醫(yī)院文化建設(shè)。第五部分是加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員增強(qiáng)思想政治教育的實(shí)踐路徑。從六點(diǎn)分別進(jìn)行敘述:(一)以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀教育為核心,加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員思想政治教育,包括:將社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀教育融入思想政治教育的全過程;在醫(yī)德醫(yī)風(fēng)建設(shè)中培育和踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀。(二)以黨建工作為引領(lǐng),加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員思想政治教育,包括:發(fā)揮基層黨組織戰(zhàn)斗堡壘作用,建立黨建與思想政治教育互動(dòng)機(jī)制;提高黨建科學(xué)化水平,提高思想政治教育實(shí)效。(三)以文化健身為抓手,加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員思想政治教育,包括:精神文化建設(shè);制度文化建設(shè);環(huán)境文化建設(shè)。(四)以經(jīng)典醫(yī)學(xué)理論普及為切入點(diǎn),加強(qiáng)臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員思想政治教育工作,包括:建立入職臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員培訓(xùn)考核準(zhǔn)入標(biāo)準(zhǔn),實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)典醫(yī)學(xué)理論的廣泛普及;以背誦經(jīng)典理論為考核方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)典醫(yī)學(xué)理論的內(nèi)涵化;以經(jīng)典醫(yī)學(xué)理論標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定日常行為規(guī)范,實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)典醫(yī)學(xué)理論的實(shí)踐化;結(jié)合時(shí)代特征,實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)典醫(yī)學(xué)理論的創(chuàng)新化。(五)構(gòu)建科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)體系,優(yōu)化思想政治教育過程,包括:明確評(píng)價(jià)原則;優(yōu)選評(píng)價(jià)方法;建立評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制;強(qiáng)化評(píng)價(jià)反饋。(六)以隊(duì)伍建設(shè)為保證,提高臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員思想政治教育質(zhì)量,包括:提高醫(yī)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視以建設(shè)教育團(tuán)隊(duì);組織安排專業(yè)課程以規(guī)范教育團(tuán)隊(duì);選拔醫(yī)護(hù)道德模范以夯實(shí)教育團(tuán)隊(duì);邀請(qǐng)社會(huì)專家學(xué)者以提升教育團(tuán)隊(duì)。第六部分是對(duì)本文研究做最后的結(jié)束語。歸納總結(jié)本文研究對(duì)象的最終結(jié)果以及對(duì)未來的展望和期待。
[Abstract]:This paper consists of six parts, the first part is the preface, including four small parts of the content, from the point of view of the purpose and significance of the topic, through the description of the significance of the topic, with reference literature review to analyze the current situation. Point out the research methods taken in combination with the subjects to be studied. According to the content of the study, points out the innovation and shortcomings. The second part is the clinical medical staff ideological and political education related overview. The third part is the clinical medical staff ideological and political education analysis. The main contents include the establishment of faith in serving the masses and the correct implementation of the principle of collectivism. The important significance includes three points: first, it is helpful to improve the ideological and moral quality of the clinical medical staff; second, it is conducive to the construction of good medical ethics; third, it is conducive to promoting the construction of hospital culture. The fifth part is to strengthen and improve the clinical medical staff to strengthen ideological and political education practice path. It is described from six points: (1) to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of clinical medical staff with the core of socialist core values education, including: to integrate the socialist core values education into the whole process of ideological and political education; Cultivate and practice the socialist core values in the construction of medical ethics. (2) to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of clinical medical and nursing personnel under the guidance of party building work, including: giving play to the role of basic-level party organizations as a fighting fortress, establishing an interactive mechanism between party building and ideological and political education, and improving the scientific level of party building; We will improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. (3) to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of clinical medical and nursing personnel, including the construction of spiritual culture, the construction of system culture and the construction of environmental culture. (4) to strengthen the ideological and political education of clinical medical staff by popularizing classical medical theory, including: establishing the admission standard for training and examination of clinical medical personnel, so as to realize the widespread popularization of classical medical theory; To recite classical theory as the assessment way to achieve the connotation of classical medical theory; to establish the standard of classical medical theory daily behavior norms to achieve the practice of classical medical theory; combined with the characteristics of the times to achieve the innovation of classical medical theory. (5) constructing a scientific evaluation system and optimizing the process of ideological and political education, including: defining the evaluation principle, selecting and selecting the evaluation method, establishing the evaluation mechanism and strengthening the evaluation feedback. (6) to improve the quality of ideological and political education of clinical medical and nursing personnel, to ensure the construction of the team, including: to raise the attention of hospital leaders to build the educational team, to organize and arrange specialized courses to standardize the educational team; Select the model of medical ethics to strengthen the education team; invite social experts and scholars to promote the education team. The sixth part is the final conclusion of this study. This paper summarizes the final results of the research object and prospects for the future.
