思想政治教育權威轉型研究

【摘要】:思想政治教育作為滿足個體精神需要、穩(wěn)定社會秩序、宣傳意識形態(tài)的實踐活動需要具有權威。思想政治教育權威是一種讓受教育者接受教育和服從意志的力量,來源于國家和政黨的外在推動與思想政治教育自身運轉的內在生成。伴隨著時代背景的變遷和我國社會的轉型,思想政治教育權威朝著側重內在權威、開放式建構和復合規(guī)訓—解放特性轉型。然而,成功轉型并不是一蹴而就、一帆風順的。思想政治教育權威的轉型面臨多方面的挑戰(zhàn),主要包括思想政治教育的價值認知存在偏見,教育主體權威內生資源缺乏,主體轉譯的教育內容缺乏合理性以及教育方法不適應客體的個性發(fā)展。這就要求思想政治教育決策者和參與者以問題為導向,有的放矢地破解難題。他們不僅要喚起思想政治教育參與者的價值認知自覺,也要注重教育主體的教育魅力;不僅要優(yōu)化主體轉譯的教育內容,也要堅持人本自覺理念,最終以思想政治教育的有效性說服大眾,助力和印證思想政治教育權威的成功轉型。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education, as a practical activity of satisfying individual spiritual needs, stabilizing social order and propagating ideology, needs authority. The authority of ideological and political education is a kind of power that allows the educatee to receive education and obey the will. It comes from the external promotion of the country and the political party and the inner generation of the operation of the ideological and political education itself. With the change of the background of the times and the transformation of our society, the authority of ideological and political education has been transformed to focus on internal authority, open construction and compound discipline and liberation characteristics. However, the successful transformation is not overnight, smooth sailing. The transformation of the authority of ideological and political education faces many challenges, including the prejudice of the value cognition of the ideological and political education, the lack of endogenous resources of the authority of the subject of education. The educational content translated by the subject lacks rationality and the educational method does not adapt to the personality development of the object. This requires decision makers and participants in ideological and political education to solve problems in a problem-oriented way. They should not only arouse the consciousness of value cognition of the participants in ideological and political education, but also pay attention to the educational charm of the subject of education; they should not only optimize the educational content translated by the subject, but also adhere to the concept of people-oriented consciousness. Finally, the validity of ideological and political education to convince the public, help and confirm the successful transformation of the authority of ideological and political education.
