思想政治教育的心理疏導(dǎo)功能及其實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:思想政治教育是一項(xiàng)重要的社會實(shí)踐性活動(dòng)。隨著社會對心理健康的關(guān)注,思想政治教育也不斷加深對個(gè)體心理的關(guān)注。從內(nèi)容到手段,從目的到功能,思想政治教育與心理疏導(dǎo)建立了不可分割的聯(lián)系。思想政治教育與心理疏導(dǎo)不是主體與客體、主觀與客觀等這樣的兩分關(guān)系,而是包含與被包含、實(shí)踐與功能的一體性關(guān)系。從根本上來說,思想政治教育通過“以人為本”的理念和“人的全面發(fā)展”價(jià)值目標(biāo)找到了與心理疏導(dǎo)內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)的橋梁。從更為微觀的角度來說,思想政治教育包含了心理健康教育的內(nèi)容,也必然產(chǎn)生心理疏導(dǎo)的作用和功效。從具體表現(xiàn)上來說,思想政治教育在實(shí)踐中驗(yàn)證了自己的價(jià)值和魅力,也是在實(shí)踐中展現(xiàn)了心理疏導(dǎo)的功能。思想政治教育心理疏導(dǎo)功能具體表現(xiàn)在五個(gè)方面,通過理性信念教育的開展,實(shí)現(xiàn)認(rèn)知疏導(dǎo);通過積極自我教育的開展,實(shí)現(xiàn)情感疏導(dǎo);通過堅(jiān)強(qiáng)品質(zhì)的獲得,實(shí)現(xiàn)意志疏導(dǎo);通過樹立人生目標(biāo),實(shí)現(xiàn)需求疏導(dǎo);通過健康理想教育,實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展疏導(dǎo)。思想政治教育通過各種教育活動(dòng)的開展,全面疏導(dǎo)人的各種品質(zhì),最終整合實(shí)現(xiàn)心理疏導(dǎo)功能。然而,思想政治教育心理疏導(dǎo)功能得以發(fā)揮和起效必須堅(jiān)持“人文關(guān)懷”的原則,充分尊重人的價(jià)值,同時(shí)也要堅(jiān)持“服務(wù)為本”的原則,以學(xué)生的需要作為思想政治教育的重要指南,更為重要的是,要堅(jiān)持“助人自助”的原則,幫助學(xué)生獲得自我成長和自我修復(fù)的能力,此外,還要堅(jiān)持“價(jià)值中立”的原則,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生的積極表達(dá),從而更好發(fā)揮思想政治教育的心理疏導(dǎo)功能。在思想政治教育過程中,要注重提升教育者與受教育者的能力和積極性,創(chuàng)設(shè)和諧自由的校園環(huán)境,建立健全合理的教育機(jī)制,整合各方力量,從而提高思想政治教育的實(shí)效,促進(jìn)心理疏導(dǎo)功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)。在思想政治教育的過程中,需要遵循一定的原則以確保其心理疏導(dǎo)功能的發(fā)揮,更要考慮主客觀影響因素,以促進(jìn)心理疏導(dǎo)功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)。更具體的來說,我們需要更加清晰地探討其實(shí)現(xiàn)的機(jī)制和結(jié)構(gòu),同時(shí)也要探究實(shí)現(xiàn)心理疏導(dǎo)功能的具體途徑,更需要考慮心理疏導(dǎo)功能實(shí)現(xiàn)的價(jià)值保障,以最終實(shí)現(xiàn)心理疏導(dǎo)的功能。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is an important social practical activity. With the attention of society to mental health, ideological and political education has also deepened the concern of individual psychology. From content to means, from purpose to function, ideological and political education and psychological guidance established an inseparable relationship. Ideological and political education and psychological guidance are not the relationship of subject and object, subjective and objective, but the unity of inclusion and inclusion, practice and function. Fundamentally, ideological and political education has found a bridge with psychological guidance through the idea of "people-oriented" and the value goal of "all-round development of human beings". From a more microscopic point of view, ideological and political education includes the content of mental health education, and it will inevitably produce the function and effect of psychological guidance. In practice, ideological and political education proves its own value and charm, and also shows the function of psychological guidance in practice. The function of psychological guidance of ideological and political education is embodied in five aspects: cognitive persuasion through the development of rational belief education, emotional persuasion through active self-education, and the realization of will guidance through the acquisition of strong quality; Through the establishment of life goals, the realization of demand guidance, through health education, development guidance. Ideological and political education through the development of various educational activities, the overall persuasion of people's various qualities, the ultimate integration to achieve psychological counseling function. However, the ideological and political education must adhere to the principle of "humanistic care", fully respect the value of people, and adhere to the principle of "serving as the basis" to give full play to the psychological guidance function of ideological and political education. Regarding the needs of students as an important guide for ideological and political education, it is more important to adhere to the principle of "helping others to help themselves" and to help students acquire the ability to grow and repair themselves. In addition, they must adhere to the principle of "value neutrality." Students should be encouraged to express themselves actively so as to exert the psychological guidance function of ideological and political education. In the process of ideological and political education, we should pay attention to improving the ability and enthusiasm of the educator and the educatee, creating a harmonious and free campus environment, establishing and perfecting the reasonable educational mechanism, integrating all the forces, thus improving the actual effect of the ideological and political education. To promote the realization of psychological guidance function. In the process of ideological and political education, it is necessary to follow certain principles to ensure the exertion of psychological guidance function, and to consider the subjective and objective factors to promote the realization of psychological guidance function.
