【摘要】：文化受一國意識形態(tài)的影響,其中也包含著意識形態(tài)成分,反映了一個社會價值觀念的底蘊(yùn),是民族特質(zhì)的穩(wěn)定體現(xiàn),是民族心理的歷史積淀,是一個民族永恒的精神家園。文化對國家政治制度選擇和政治系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)影響。文化軟實(shí)力建設(shè)本應(yīng)該承擔(dān)起意識形態(tài)、政治制度、國家道路選擇的論證功能,在多樣化的社會思潮中應(yīng)起到尋求共識、達(dá)成共識、擴(kuò)大共識并由此來促進(jìn)公民對政治體系的肯定、信任和歸屬的作用。當(dāng)前,政治認(rèn)同中存在一些問題,與我國文化軟實(shí)力不強(qiáng)和文化軟實(shí)力的政治認(rèn)同功能沒有得到應(yīng)有重視息息相關(guān)。文化軟實(shí)力具有宏觀、中觀、微觀等不同層面的效用,不僅是一個國家的對外形象塑造能力和國際影響力,也不僅是一個國家文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型能力,也是一個國家潛移默化地對公民進(jìn)行價值觀和意識形態(tài)教育和引導(dǎo)進(jìn)而增進(jìn)公民政治認(rèn)同的能力。文化軟實(shí)力的微觀效用是其發(fā)揮宏觀和中觀效用的基礎(chǔ)。不管文化軟實(shí)力有著什么樣的表現(xiàn)形式,但其形成和運(yùn)用都離不開一定文化價值觀念影響下的人,并以對人的影響范圍和程度表明其力量大小和強(qiáng)弱。對文化軟實(shí)力的微觀效用萬不可忽視。中國文化軟實(shí)力建設(shè)與政治認(rèn)同建設(shè)具有內(nèi)在統(tǒng)一性。通過文化軟實(shí)力建設(shè)來提升公民的文化認(rèn)同進(jìn)而強(qiáng)化政治認(rèn)同,是增強(qiáng)國家凝聚力和民族向心力的一種不可或缺的途徑。然而,由于受到多方面因素的制約和影響,文化軟實(shí)力的政治認(rèn)同功能并沒有得到應(yīng)有的重視,當(dāng)前理論研究中還存有偏頗。我國文化軟實(shí)力建設(shè)還面臨著諸多阻礙因素和國內(nèi)外挑戰(zhàn),由此阻礙了政治認(rèn)同的達(dá)成、對政治認(rèn)同建設(shè)產(chǎn)生了的危害。我們亟需采取有力措施推進(jìn)文化軟實(shí)力建設(shè)以增進(jìn)公民的政治認(rèn)同。
[Abstract]:Culture is influenced by the ideology of a country, which also contains the ideological component, which reflects the inside information of a social value, the stable embodiment of the national characteristics, the historical accumulation of the national psychology, and the eternal spiritual home of a nation. Culture has a profound influence on the choice of national political system and the structure of political system. The construction of cultural soft power should have assumed the demonstration function of ideology, political system and the choice of national road, and should seek consensus and reach consensus in the diversified social trend of thought. Expand consensus and thereby promote citizens' role in affirmation, trust, and ownership of the political system. At present, there are some problems in the political identity, which are closely related to the weak cultural soft power in our country and the lack of due attention to the political identity function of the cultural soft power. Cultural soft power has the utility of different levels, such as macro, medium, micro, etc. It is not only a country's ability to shape its external image and international influence, but also a country's ability to develop its cultural industry and transform its economy. It is also the ability of a country to educate and guide its citizens in values and ideology and to enhance their political identity. The micro-utility of cultural soft power is the basis of its macro-and meso-utility. No matter what form of expression cultural soft power has, its formation and application can not be separated from the people under the influence of certain cultural values, and its strength and strength are shown by the scope and extent of its influence on human beings. The micro-utility of soft power of culture can not be ignored. The construction of Chinese cultural soft power and political identity has internal unity. It is an indispensable way to strengthen national cohesion and national centripetal force to enhance citizens' cultural identity and political identity through the construction of cultural soft power. However, due to the restriction and influence of various factors, the function of political identity of cultural soft power has not received due attention, and the current theoretical research is biased. The construction of cultural soft power in our country also faces many obstacles and challenges at home and abroad, which hinders the achievement of political identity and harms the construction of political identity. We urgently need to take strong measures to promote the construction of cultural soft power in order to enhance the political identity of citizens.
