【摘要】：重視全黨學(xué)習(xí)是黨的政治優(yōu)勢(shì)和鮮明特質(zhì)。十八大以來(lái),習(xí)近平總書(shū)記號(hào)召全黨要"善于重新學(xué)習(xí)"。提出重新學(xué)習(xí)是黨為適應(yīng)國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展環(huán)境和加強(qiáng)自身建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)訴求;并圍繞馬克思主義基本理論展開(kāi)的基礎(chǔ)性學(xué)習(xí),結(jié)合理想信念、黨史國(guó)史和社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀進(jìn)行的信仰層面的學(xué)習(xí),著眼提高履職能力進(jìn)行的各種業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)技能的工具性學(xué)習(xí)和科學(xué)方法提出了四個(gè)層面的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容。"善于重新學(xué)習(xí)"的重要命題及內(nèi)在嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)睦碚摻Y(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)全黨思想武裝具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。
[Abstract]:Attach importance to the study of the whole party is the party's political advantages and distinct characteristics. Since the 18th National Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping has called on the whole party to be "good at learning again." It is put forward that relearning is the realistic demand for the Party to adapt to the development environment at home and abroad and to strengthen its own construction, and the basic learning carried out around the basic theory of Marxism is combined with the ideal and belief. Party history and socialist core values of the belief level of learning, focusing on improving the ability to carry out various professional knowledge and skills of the instrumental learning and scientific methods put forward four levels of learning content. " The important proposition of being good at re-learning and the internal rigorous theoretical structure have important strategic significance for the ideological arm of the whole Party.
