【摘要】：當前,我國正處于經(jīng)濟換擋、社會轉(zhuǎn)型和改革攻堅的關鍵時期,社會公共生活的環(huán)境、范圍、對象都有所變化,公共關系、社會風氣等多重問題愈發(fā)成為人們的關注焦點,國人社會公德意識淡薄及社會公德失范行為頻發(fā)的問題也成為學術界研究的熱點之一。社會公德不僅反映社會成員個人文明教養(yǎng)程度,更是社會整體文明程度的重要體現(xiàn)。它對維護社會公共生活秩序和保障社會和諧安定發(fā)展具有促進作用,因此加強社會公德建設勢在必行。論文采用文獻研究、圖表分析等方法,以推進社會公德建設為目的,梳理較為頻發(fā)且突出的社會公德失范表現(xiàn)以剖析其根源,并結合時代發(fā)展特點提出相應的加強社會公德建設的對策。本文由如下四部分構成：第一章,緒論。針對該論文的研究焦點,介紹選題的相關背景及其研究意義,并通過簡述國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,提出適于本文的研究思路和研究方法。第二章,社會公德概述及研究的理論依據(jù)。通過對公德、社會公德的概念及社會公德的基本特征進行界定,對社會公德的主要內(nèi)容及包含馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家公共生活準則理論、中國傳統(tǒng)文化的道德智慧、中國特色社會公德建設理論在內(nèi)的相關理論研究基礎進行闡述,為后文對社會公德失范行為表征的實證研究提供理論支撐和指導。第三章,當代中國社會公德的失范問題及其根源。梳理較為頻發(fā)且典型的社會公德失范表現(xiàn),并按照人與人關系、人與自然關系、人與社會關系加以分類闡述,深入剖析其根源可歸納為傳統(tǒng)社會公德缺憾、市場經(jīng)濟的負面效應、社會公德教育偏失和社會公德建設機制不完善這四方面原因。第四章,推進當代中國社會公德建設的對策。針對導致社會公德失范現(xiàn)象的根源,相應地提出具有可行性的對策：在完善社會公德教育方面,重視和完善家庭、學校、社會三方的社會公德教育；在完善社會公德建設機制方面,制定和健全社會公德法律法規(guī)、獎懲機制和社會基本保障機制；在加強媒體輿論正面作用方面,加強輿論的宣傳、引導和監(jiān)督作用,為社會公德建設創(chuàng)造良好的社會氛圍。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in a critical period of economic shift, social transformation and reform. The environment, scope, and objects of social public life are all changing. Many problems, such as public relations, social ethos, etc., have become the focus of more and more people's attention. The problem of weak public morality and frequent misbehavior of social morality has also become one of the hot topics in academic research. Social morality not only reflects the degree of individual civilization education of social members, but also becomes one of the hot topics in academic research. It is also an important embodiment of the whole social civilization. It can promote the maintenance of social public order and ensure the harmonious and stable development of society, so it is imperative to strengthen the construction of social morality. Chart analysis and other methods, in order to promote the construction of social morality as the purpose, comb the more frequent and prominent social moral anomie to analyze its root, This paper is composed of four parts: chapter one, introduction. In view of the research focus of this paper, the paper introduces the background and significance of the topic, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to strengthen the construction of social morality according to the characteristics of the development of the times. The second chapter is the summary of social morality and the theoretical basis of the research. By defining the concept of public morality, the concept of social morality and the basic characteristics of social morality, the author puts forward the research ideas and research methods suitable for this article through a brief description of the current research situation at home and abroad, the second chapter, the outline of social public morality and the theoretical basis for its research. This paper expounds the main contents of social morality and the related theoretical research basis, including the theory of Marxist classical writers' public life criterion, the moral wisdom of Chinese traditional culture, and the theory of social morality construction with Chinese characteristics. It provides theoretical support and guidance for the empirical research on the representation of social moral anomie. Chapter three, the problem and its root of the contemporary Chinese social morality, combs the frequent and typical performance of social moral anomie. And according to the relationship between man and man, the relationship between man and nature, and the relationship between man and society, the causes can be summarized as the negative effects of the traditional social morality and market economy. The four reasons of the partial loss of social morality education and the imperfect mechanism of social morality construction. Chapter 4th, the countermeasures to promote the construction of social morality in contemporary China. Accordingly, some feasible countermeasures are put forward: in the aspect of perfecting social morality education, attaching importance to and perfecting the social morality education of family, school and society, making and perfecting the laws and regulations of social morality in perfecting the construction mechanism of social public morality, The mechanism of reward and punishment and the basic social guarantee mechanism, in strengthening the positive role of media public opinion, strengthen the publicity, guidance and supervision of public opinion, and create a good social atmosphere for the construction of social morality.
