【摘要】：共同體信用是傳統(tǒng)社會信用的本質(zhì),其運行的機制主要有道德自律機制、連帶責任機制、組織吸納機制和激勵懲罰機制。四大機制之間的相互耦合所形成的捆綁式系統(tǒng),構成了對傳統(tǒng)社會的有效嵌入,支撐著共同體信用的良性運行。在社會轉(zhuǎn)型下,共同體信用的運行機制與現(xiàn)代社會逐漸脫嵌并使之失靈,一定意義上助推了當前我國社會信用危機。對共同體信用進行重構使之完成適應當代社會的轉(zhuǎn)型極為必要,這種重構主要通過建立健全現(xiàn)代社會信用體系、推進各類社會組織發(fā)展、完善以法律為核心的制度建設以及推進誠信文化建設尤其是職業(yè)倫理建設的路徑實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Community credit is the essence of traditional social credit. The main mechanism of its operation is moral self-discipline mechanism, joint and several liability mechanism. The binding system formed by the coupling of the four mechanisms constitutes the effective embedding of the traditional society and supports the benign operation of the community credit. The operation mechanism of community credit is gradually detached from the modern society and makes it malfunction. The reconstruction of community credit to adapt to the transformation of contemporary society is very necessary, this reconstruction mainly through the establishment of a sound modern social credit system. Promote the development of all kinds of social organizations, perfect the system construction with the law as the core, and promote the construction of honesty and credit culture, especially the path of the construction of professional ethics.
