【摘要】：社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀融入問(wèn)題是培育和踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀重要組成部分,社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀發(fā)揮出其最大作用需要融入到社會(huì)生活之中,城市社區(qū)與人民緊密相聯(lián),是人民群眾社會(huì)生活的基礎(chǔ)和細(xì)胞,所以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀融入到城市社區(qū)建設(shè)具有理論和實(shí)踐意義。近年來(lái)黑龍江省一直致力于社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀融入建設(shè),對(duì)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀融入也做出了具體要求,提出“講文明、樹(shù)新風(fēng),共筑幸福美好龍江”。黑龍江青云社區(qū)曾被中央文明辦、文化部命名為“全國(guó)文化先進(jìn)社區(qū)”,有著典型性與多項(xiàng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文以黑龍江省典型文明社區(qū)青云社區(qū)為主要鉆研對(duì)象,立足于青云社區(qū)現(xiàn)狀,探討社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀融入青云社區(qū)建設(shè)的理論與問(wèn)題。本文以國(guó)家關(guān)于培育和踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的相關(guān)要求為指導(dǎo),通過(guò)深入調(diào)研了解社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀融入青云社區(qū)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,探索出青云社區(qū)在社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀融入存在的問(wèn)題,對(duì)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀融入青云社區(qū)建設(shè)所面臨問(wèn)題的成因進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀融入青云社區(qū)建設(shè)所面臨的主要問(wèn)題是居民對(duì)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀了解不夠深刻沒(méi)有產(chǎn)生共鳴以及社區(qū)對(duì)于社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀融入社區(qū)的管理力度不夠等問(wèn)題。通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)分析得出問(wèn)題的成因,便是社區(qū)對(duì)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀所做的一些宣傳教育于居民的內(nèi)在需求不夠密切以及社區(qū)對(duì)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀相關(guān)活動(dòng)通知下達(dá)不及時(shí)等因素導(dǎo)致問(wèn)題的產(chǎn)生。針對(duì)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀融入到青云社區(qū)建設(shè)存在的問(wèn)題及成因,本文通過(guò)黑龍江省關(guān)于培育和踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的有關(guān)指導(dǎo)要求,因地制宜的提出一些對(duì)策建議,認(rèn)為青云社區(qū)要加強(qiáng)社區(qū)管理隊(duì)伍的專業(yè)化;保障社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀融入社區(qū)建設(shè)資金投入多元化;協(xié)調(diào)多方積極參加其宣傳教育相關(guān)活動(dòng);加大宣傳開(kāi)展創(chuàng)新型活動(dòng);建立保障社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的規(guī)范制度;加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督保障規(guī)范制度落到實(shí)處;加深歸屬感增添社區(qū)住戶對(duì)其的認(rèn)識(shí)和認(rèn)同;建立起關(guān)于會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的社區(qū)局域網(wǎng)絡(luò)宣傳教育平臺(tái);了解社區(qū)居民需求展開(kāi)獨(dú)具特色的社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀宣傳教育活動(dòng)等,從而讓社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀更好的融入到青云社區(qū)建設(shè)之中。
[Abstract]:The integration of socialist core values is an important part of cultivating and practicing socialist core values. Socialist core values play its greatest role and need to be integrated into social life. The urban community is closely related to the people and is the foundation and cell of the people's social life. Therefore, the integration of socialist core values into the construction of urban communities has theoretical and practical significance. In recent years, Heilongjiang Province has been committed to the integration of socialist core values into the construction. The integration of socialist core values also made specific requirements, proposed that "stresses civilization, new wind, build a happy and beautiful Longjiang," the Heilongjiang Qingyun community was done by the Central Civilization. The Ministry of Culture named the "National Advanced Cultural Community", which has typical and multiple advantages. This paper takes the typical civilized community of Heilongjiang Province as the main research object, based on the current situation of Qingyun Community. This paper discusses the theory and problems of the integration of socialist core values into the construction of Qingyun community. This paper is guided by the relevant requirements of the state on cultivating and practicing socialist core values. Through in-depth investigation and understanding of the socialist core values into the status quo of the Qingyun community construction, explore the existing problems of the integration of the Qingyun community in the socialist core values. This paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the integration of socialist core values into the construction of Qingyun community. It is believed that the main problems faced by the integration of the socialist core values into the construction of the Qingyun community are that the residents do not have a deep understanding of the socialist core values and do not have a resonance with them, and the community integrates the socialist core values into the society. Area management is not enough and so on. Through the analysis of data, the causes of the problem are obtained. It is the fact that some propaganda and education done by the community to the socialist core values are not close enough to the residents' inner needs and that the community has not issued timely notification of the socialist core values and so on, which lead to the problems. Aiming at the existing problems and causes of socialist core values in the construction of Qingyun community. Through the guidance requirements of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values in Heilongjiang Province, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the local conditions, and points out that the Qingyun community should strengthen the specialization of the community management team; To ensure socialist core values to be integrated into the community construction investment diversification; To coordinate and actively participate in its activities related to publicity and education; Increase publicity and carry out innovative activities; Establishing a standard system to guarantee the socialist core values; Strengthening the system of supervision and security standards; Deepen the sense of belonging to increase the community residents to their understanding and identity; The establishment of a community network education platform on core values of communitarianism; Understanding the needs of community residents to carry out unique socialist core values publicity and education activities, so that socialist core values better into the Qingyun community construction.
